LOVE this place. Hands down the best I have been too. Mani / pedi with amazing massage. Wasn't rushed, and the quality of their work is second to none. I have never had a set of nails last this long. Wouldnt go anywhere else

I had good service but they do not sterilize their instruments well and I got nail fungus from that. My husband too. I do not go there anymore.

I have been going here for years. I booked a pedi today for 7, get there and it's full.

They are always late and No Air Conditioning wow !

I left , I won't wait 15 minutes- it's not a Dr. Office.

And they all scream in their language which no one but them can understand!

I had good service but they sterilize their instruments only after three (3) clients and I got nail fungus from that. My husband too. I do not go there anymore.

Went in for an eyebrow wax. Called in before hand to ask the price, they said 10 but at the counter she charged 10.50 plus tax AND a hidden fee of 1.75; apparently anything under 15 with credit/debit gets this fee.

Also, had to ask the girl three times to clean up missed hairs and still walked out looking as if nothing was done. Didn't feel like pointing out all the flaws anymore and lost trust in her abilities anyways.

Two stars only because my girlfriends like getting their mani/pedis here.

For my bridal shower we came to have our nails done. Michelle did my design and I couldn't have asked for better. Super happy we decided to come to Sparkle Nail Salon. I will definitely come back when ever I am in the area! 🙂

I had really high hopes for this place after reading all the positive reviews. However, I found my gel polish manicure was very rushed and I had to ask the tech a couple of times to fix the shape of my nails ( some were filed completely crooked ) to which she replied this is how my nails grow. That is not the case as it has never been an issue with anyone else to file them evenly and at all the same length. Some of the gel also got cured onto my skin which is uncomfortable , as you could imagine. She was downright rude from the beginning to the end of the service. I just got them done today so I hope they at least last, but overall I wasn't at all impressed with the customer service from any of the staff- which is really sad because I wanted to love this place!

Staff were very friendly, quick work and quality work. I had my nails done on July 22 and they are still holding up and it is Aug 18. Time for a fill at the best nail salon .
