Franco's training and experience truly make him a master barber. The first haircut I got from him was the best I have had in my life, and his work continues to impress me with its consistency and quality. My hair grows out evenly, and I can go longer between cuts. Give him a try and you will become a regular customer too!

What I loved about Luxe was the positive energy. Everyone working really seemed to care about each other and help each other. They all made me feel so welcome and comfortable from start to finish and I had some of the best conversations I have had in a long time. I came with a friend. Beth cut and coloured my friend’s hair and did an amazing job - my friend left that place looking 20 years younger and she was so happy with the experience. Audrey cut and coloured my hair. She was a wonderful girl, very nice and skilled. I hate getting my hair cut, but she made it a great experience by really listening to what I wanted and making me feel at ease. These girls and the other staff had us laughing and having so much fun, we were sad to go! Thanks so much to all of you who working here for the amazing experience.

I received the best haircut I've ever had the other day at Luxe Hair Salon. Beth is very attentive - she listened to my thoughts and discussed many great additional options and ideas. After a relaxing scalp massage, she did a very detailed cut. She has an upbeat personality and pleasant demeanor. Since my cut, I get compliments on my hair on a daily basis - it's incredible! I will definitely return, and have already recommended her and the salon to many others. Amazing job and amazing customer service, thank you very much guys, people like you are making a huge difference in this world!

I got cut and color done at Luxe by Beth and I’m very satisfied. The cut is very precise, the color is perfectly matched and everyone was polite and professional. Not overly expensive either!
I would definitely return and would recommend Beth and this great salon to all my friends and family. I found her on a recommendation from another happy customer and haven't looked back. Thanks Beth!response / report this review -

I truly love spending my precious mommy time at Luxe hair salon. The service is always amazing and they treat everyone like a celebrity. I am a stay at home mom who needs to feel her best when out in the neighborhood. Beth made me feel like a super model. My colour is so natural and she was able to cut my unruly hair so I can easily manage a style every day. Thanks Beth for making me feel beautiful.

Audrey was absolutely terrific. I had tried 3 different places to get a haircut that suited me until I went to Luxe. She was able to look at me and see what would work best and she did an incredible job. I get tons of complements and the hair looks fabulous. She also did a great job with the color! Thanks Audrey, I will definitely be using you exclusively in the future!

Oh My God this place is awesome! I have had my hair done by many different places and people over the years and I have always been, for the most part satisfied. Until this last weekend when I was for the first time actually speechless. I'm talking jaw to the floor blown away by my hair cut and colour. I never know how much you could do with a simple cut and colour. They really know what they are doing over there at Luxe. My stylist was fast, attentive, friendly and a true professional! This is by far the best place in town!

Above and beyond in service, professionalism, and results! I had just moved to the area, and needed major help. Bobby was the stylist for my appt. She took hair that looked like a cruel joke and made it great. Not only was she friendly, but she truly cared that I walked out of there with great hair. She worked magic and did it in a way that evidenced her passion for her job, and a genuine concern that my hair made me feel like I could face the world again. She took on the challenge and did not just try to get me in and out like some other salons. She discussed all my options and was honest and truthful. The atmosphere was professional, friendly and comfortable. I will return there as long as I am in Port Moody. The staff was warm, friendly and accommodating. I see the quality of product they use and the technique is the latest and tailored to the individual. I recommend this place 100% !

Really attentive service from the moment you walk in the door. Having just moved, I needed to find a new salon. My old one had great stylists, but the front desk service was terrible. This place is really great! The receptionist greeted me with a big sincere smile and immediately offered to take my coat and purse. I was a little early and they offered me tea and coffee. When the stylist was ready she came over and introduced herself. She sat me in the chair and we talked about what I wanted. Shampooing also included a mini scalp massage--usually the washing is really unpleasant for me, but this was pretty relaxing. Cut was great! It took about an hour and was very decently priced, the stylist also showed me some products she used, but really wasn't very pushy at all.

Aubrey is the "go-to-girl" to get your hair cut and colour. She is honest with you and helps you achieve what is best for you. She is truly a magician. I used to go to Aubrey years ago and then due to life circumstances our paths uncrossed. I have jumped around quite a lot over the past few years to find someone who actually LISTENS and knows what they are doing when it comes to cutting hair and giving the perfect colour. She takes her time and is a perfectionist. Aubrey is very talented and I will never go to anyone else again. Aubrey - you rock! On top of Aubrey be awesome, the salon has a great friendly atmosphere - I promise you will not regret it - you will ask yourself what took you so long to schedule an appointment with Luxe Hair Salon.

I highly recommend going here for a great haircut! My appointment was with Franco and I could not be more pleased with the results. He was friendly, professional, and very talented. I did not have a solid idea of what I wanted to do so I gave him some freedom in how to cut and style my hair and he really did an amazing job. I already booked another appointment with him! The rest of the staff were very friendly as well. The salon is clean and inviting and the organic/green products are great (for your hair and the environment). So if you are looking for a good stylist, go ask for Franco and enjoy!

Excellent service. Excellent staff. Excellent work on hair. Inviting environment. Always more than pleased with the results. What more can one want? No chaos and it's nice to deal with people who know exactly what they're doing. And the price fits the experience and expertise. (I'm not interested in salons that keep you there for 4 hours as they pass you around and talk about themselves.) This place is serious about what they do and it shows.

While visiting my cousin she recommended I go here. I had the pleasure of meeting Franco for a haircut and he is SO talented! He is the only person I have ever had cut my hair just the way I saw it in my head. My hair before, which was lifeless, long and heavy, now has so much movement and dimension - he even colored my hair for my first time ever! It turned out so beautiful and subtle, he understood that I needed something fantastic yet low maintenance. He is truly an artist. I felt like a new woman when I walked out those doors! I would recommend this salon to anybody and everybody. In addition to the talented staff, it has such a great vibe and everybody is so friendly - you will immediately feel at ease. A+++!

I was looking for an overall cool and hip haircut and was recommended to Hayley by a friend. As I walked into the salon I was greeted by the receptionist with all smiles and then greeted by Hayley who was super friendly. It was really cool how I was offered wine, latte/cappuccino, tea, etc. My hair is very coarse and curly and difficult to deal with, my previous stylist had a hard time managing to get the look I want. Hayley knew EXACTLY what I wanted and was able to give me one of my favorite haircuts yet! I would definitely recommend this salon and stylist to ALL of my friends.
