Loved my experience!! Great staff great ideas great cut great product and knowledge!! I felt super welcomed from the first moment I entered the shop and will definitely be back.

Even if I were to go bald I would continue going to the Lounge. Mari is a genius stylist that is the best I've ever had cut my hair. Her personality and wit is just a sharp as her scissors. The entire experience at the Lounge from stepping in the door until you leave is stellar. You can tell this salon is focused on caring for their customer's and stylists.

Anyone with curly hair knows the struggles of finding someone who knows how to deal with curly hair, as well as when you find the right person you hang on to them!
Frankie has made me fall in love with my curls all over again, as well as given me an amazing and low maintenance hairstyle for my busy schedule. Would 100% recommend him to anyone wanting to rock their curls!! Both my mom and sister go to him. Safe to say we won't be going anywhere else!!response / report this review -

Was in Vancouver for a short visit on vacation and managed to get a quick walk in with Frankie in between his other clients and I'm super glad I did.
Got a sick fade from him and a clean up and managed to also get my beard trimmed and lined up nicely.
Frankie kept me fresh as a sunny spring afternoon! Highly recommend him. Great experience.response / report this review -

Alan was exceptional! One of the friendliest and knowledgeable hair stylists I've met. Normally, I'm a little cautious when trying new places especially because some people have trouble styling my wavy/curly hair. Alan knew exactly what my unruly wavy hair needed and was kind enough to give me suggestions and style tips to keep it looking great and healthy. He took plenty of time to go over what type of cut would work on my hair without making it a big poofy triangle. I literally came out with a whole new perspective on what I could do with my waves and thanks to Alan I now have great long layers and a lovely cut to frame my face.Would highly recommend The Lounge to anyone with any hair type! Seriously had one of the greatest experiences here and absolutely will come back again!

I need to start off by saying I have never taken the time to write a review for anything before in my life, but I have to write one for Frankie at The Lounge Hair Studio! I called the salon in despair after a hairdresser had completely ruined my long healthy hair. I arrived for my appointment with Frankie with stripy orange extremely damaged hair and I was in floods of tears. Frankie took well over an hour to talk to me about the options to fix my hair, thankfully I didn't need too much cut off. Frankie completely transformed my hair which I honestly didn't think was possible given the state it was in when I arrived.
I've tried many hair stylists in Vancouver since I moved here from London but I've not been impressed with the outcome of my hair until I met Frankie.
He really took the time to listen to me, he knew his stuff and was patient with me! I can't thank him enough and would highly recommend him for colour corrections and amazing blondes! Thank you Frankie.response / report this review -

I had never had my hair dyed before, but I wanted to do some funky colours so I decided to try out The Lounge Hair Studio and I absolutely loved the service provided by my stylist, Frankie! I have A LOT of hair so I was at the Lounge Hair Studio for over 8 hours. Frankie made sure I was okay and offered me tea and water throughout the day. He was really nice and a great conversationalist. I am super happy with the colouring he did and the cool undercut he gave me! I highly recommend The Lounge Hair Studio and hair stylist, Frankie!

I always look forward to my appointments at The Lounge. Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere in the salon is welcoming and relaxed. Kelly has been my stylist for several years because she is talented, but also honest. She works with me to achieve the look I want, but she knows how much time and effort I want to put into my hair. She makes sure that the end result is a look I can maintain, and will love even in the weeks that follow as it grows out. I trust her with my hair, and my life!

I'm fussy when it comes to letting anyone touch my hair and it has taken me a few studios and hairdressers to get to being really happy with going to the hairdresser. Kelly is fantastic and has been from the start (I've seen her for several years now). She listens to what you want and consistently does an awesome job. She's fun to chat to too, which makes a big difference. I'd definitely recommend her. I'm always made to feel very welcome by the whole Lounge team.

I went into the Lounge Hair Studio for the first time this past Saturday to do what most gals dread, cut more than 2 inches! Frankie was my stylist and I couldn't have asked for anyone with more patience and confidence in what I was asking for. I went in with a lot of breakage/damage from bleaching my hair and it was looking sad to say the least. Frankie gave me a cut that has not only brought my hair back to life but my spirits as well. The entire staff were great and the location was extremely easy to find. I will be recommending Frankie to all of my friends.

Ive had the pleasure of Frankie colouring my locks and he is simply fantastic. He is passionate, humorous, knowledgeable , professional, and is open to any ideas I have and is enthusiastic with his opinions on what will look best resulting in stunning colour jobs. I will always recommend him for my friends who want a little boost in their hair mojo. In particular he is great at dealing with matching and blending my roots to the rest of my hair as i usually have a lot of grow out between sessions!

I had the best experience at the lounge with stylist Frankie!! He is so great and really knew what he was doing. Every one there was very professional and welcoming. I 100% recommend going to see Frankie at the Lounge!! You won't regret it
