The staff at Popeye's are wonderful and welcoming. It is comforting to know they are knowledgeable of their stock and can help you find a suplement that is tailored to your specific fitness goals. Even with a store full of customers, the friendly staff take the time to make sure your questions are answered. Popeye's is the only store I have visited that offers samples to make sure the product will work for you before you make a purchase. As a customer who doesn't always know what, when or how to use specific products: I find them helpful even over the phone when I need a little clarification.

Good place. In general, if you use Popeye dollars, you save on your supplements; compared to getting them elsewhere. Sales staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable staff from top to bottom, Chris (the owner) will take time to explain what you need in order to achieve your health and fitness goals, even if it isn't a product he sells. His staff represent his level of commitment of the industry and his entire work force seem to share his passion and devotion to learn more. I personally deal with Nev who has gone above and beyond multiple times, along with Michael and Shannon who have been more than helpful on multiple occasions. They're are other great supplement stores on the island, but the customer service, pricing and atmosphere can not compare to that of Popeyes Victoria.

They have a customer for life in me

I have always gone to this location and won't go anywhere else as long as I am living in this city.

Chris, the owner, is a great guy who earns loyal customers such as myself. I work in business and we actually used Chris as an example of customer service in a sales meeting. When I was new to the fitness world and knew nothing about supplements, Chris took the time to answer all my question honestly and even went as far as writing out a plan for me to know when I should take what and on an empty stomach or with food etc for the best results. There were also times I'd go in to stock up and he'd point out that some of the products I was after were a part of an upcoming sale, so if I waited a few days I'd save money. That kind of honesty is rare these days! Instead of taking more money he was more interested in doing me a solid and helping me reach my goals.

So the moral of this story during the sales meeting was that, even when I lived on bear mountain, I would drive out to Popeyes on Douglas because I'd rather support Chris's business and spend my money there.

Amazing customer service always. I'm very picky when it comes to flavours and textures so finding a protein powder that I like was a difficult task, until I shopped here for the first time about a year and a half ago. I told them my needs and I was able to sample 3-4 different powders and found the one I liked. I only shop here for supplements because of the great variety and prices and also because of bad experiences at other places. The staff genuinely care about you and your needs, have great knowledge of their products, and are never pushy like some others either shops. And the dog that's usually there inside is so cute and well behaved!!
