Chris and Jay came to our house Feb.9 to clear a blocked main drain.
They were polite and professional . The blockage was cleared quickly.
We also appreciated fast service and good communication with a call
ahead. We are new to Burlington and its nice to have their number when

The team at PlumWize were a pleasure to deal with! We needed our septic tank pump replaced and the outflow pipe upgraded. They were fast to get us a quote, competitive with pricing, educated us on the pump they were to use and flexible in their scheduling. The team was friendly and so helpful in giving us advice since we new to having a septic tank. Will definitely call them again when we need a plumber!

These guys are awesome. have used them before and will again. today we called at 2pm. they were here by just after 3pm. Jesse replaced the "guts" of the toilet in about half an hour . awesome professional service. When the job was done he explained what was done. before the job started he explained the issue and options to resolve. Overall about 300$ for the work we chose to have done which is reasonable in my opinion. good to know that we can rely on PlumbWize when we need them. thanks again for the peace of mind !!! We had a fairly significant water hammer issue that seemed to be getting worse. Plumbwize was able to book a time/date very quickly and install an expansion tank. Even 2 days later when we noticed that the dishwasher was still causing significant hammering sounds, they came back immediately and helped to trouble shoot a loose pipe that was contributing to the sound. Very happy with the quick response, their ability to explain the issues and options fully. Will definitely use again for any plumbing issues that might arise.

Had a great experience with a toilet installation. Jason is amazing! He was able to get us a toilet that was back ordered from Home Depot and also have someone come by to install right away. Very quick to respond and courteous. Definitely came through for us and went above and beyond :) Thank you for all your help!!

We were a bit concerned when we had to look for a plumbing company to fix 3 clogged kitchen sinks. We had a bad experience a few years ago with another company that barely resolved the clogging issue and had also left a mess. But when we came across PlumbWize Plumbing's website and read the amazing customer reviews, we didn't hesitate to call them. Jason was very prompt in returning our emergency call and very friendly. He gave us options for when we wanted a plumber to come over, and was very open and reasonable when asked about pricing. He sent one of his plumbers, Jose, to our house. Jose was prompt, friendly, clean and able to clear 3 clogged sinks in less than one hour! We definitely recommend PlumbWize Plumbing to anyone, and would not hesitate to use them again.

I could not be more impressed with the level of service we received from Plumbwize. Gavin and Joe were on site and they were professional, cordial and patiently provided detailed answers to several questions I asked. They carefully showed me how to test the system they installed. Their workmanship and after service clean up was great as well. Jason provided the initial response to my call and either called back right away or picked up my call to answer a couple of follow up questions I had. Well run and well done.

My Sump Pump stop working. I gave PlumbWize a call due to all the positive reviews. I am so glad that I did. Gavin and Joe were very professional, courteous, extremely helpful and very polite. They took the time to explain to me the steps they were taking when replacing my pump. They did an excellent job, cleaned up for me as well. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Surprisingly excellent service from PlumbWize and Clayton. It wasn't an emergency but they managed to fit me in within 24 hours of my call to install a toilet. I rarely have positive experiences with trades in my home so I wanted review these guys and let you know how great they are. Clayton was friendly, very professional, and I felt he was a perfectionist which is exactly the kind of person I want working in my home. I will definitely call them in the future and have already recommended them to my friends.

I highly recommend this company if you need a plumber. I looked online to find a local plumber for my Aunt and saw all the excellent reviews for PlumbWize. We are so happy that I called. I fully expected to have the plumber come out in a couple of weeks (assuming that they would be booked up) so I was surprised to be offered a "same day" FREE estimate. Frank came out and gave a written estimate. He was polite and professional. He took the time to listen to our numerous plumbing issues and offered several creative solutions. He explained that it is cheaper to have the jobs done all at once verses several calls. We did not compare prices of other plumbers because we thought the estimate was fair. We agreed to have the work done the next day. Frank explained that it may not be him doing the work. The next day a plumber name George called ahead and said that he is on his way. He showed up on time with his soon to be apprentice, Brandon. Both men were personable, professional, and extremely polite. They honored their estimate price and even upgraded the two shower heads to "rain" shower heads at no additional cost. We decided to add an extra job and they called a second plumber, Clayton, who came with the required part and stayed to do the job so our water wouldn't be turned off for so long. Even with the second truck and plumber, we were not charged the higher rate of a second call. My Aunt and I were so impressed with the politeness in the way the three men talked to each other and we gave George this feedback when paying the bill at the end. George took the time to ensure that we were happy with each job. He thanked us and said that the work was fully guaranteed. After they left, the laundry tap started leaking. This was not part of the job but George came back, replaced the taps and did not charge us. How can you top that service?
