These guys were great and on time. They helped me understand why I had a bad smell coming from the drain. This is our first house and I didn't know about the sewer drain issue before we moved in. Anyway, two nice guys showed over the weekend and got it fixed right away for us. Thank you :)

Not profissional. We had an appointment and the plumber didn’t show up after we shut off the water from the whole complex without any notification and when I called I was told that they are busy and not gonna make it.

Just had a consult with this company. While they did provide some good information on what is required for the job i need, there sales tactics were deplorable. When it was suggested that i provide the required materials for the job, the OWNER said that he would not do the the work. What amounted to 'commercial bullying' the OWNER was basically forcing me to use his materials at a substantial cost to me. Ostensibly padding his bill. After some further discussions the OWNER seemed to be downplaying my job as he repeatedly mentioned that there was always someone requiring his services and that he lets his work speak for itself. When the OWNER advised me that he was going to bill me for the consult, and that the $100 charge was below his usual $200 fee, i had had enough. The owner was insinuating that he was doing me a favor and that it was only a $100 for his expertise.I did not pay the bill nor do i recommend dealing with this company. They MAY do good work, but i found their sales approach offensive. .Seems this company only responds to reviews that are positive. I wish i had good things to say but i did not use this company after the initial consult. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of me.

These guys were great! Bought a new water heater for our business and booked a service appointment in advanced. They showed up on schedule and where done in no time. Nice and clean work. My neighbour who owns a hair salon referred me to them and I would recommend them too!

real fast to arrive. i called and like an hour later they were there. they talked me through on what to do in the meantime. Out kitchen floor was just flooded! The guys fixed the issue in like 30 mins and the bill was affordable.

We were away, and returned to a flooded basement recently. London Plumbing fixed the leak and then put us in touch with other contractors to help fix with some of the other damage. When you have never been through something like that before, it feels good when your plumber can help you get all the help you need.

The guys at London Plumbing were great! We had this fixer-upper we bought and somebody recommended to us to try these guys out. They showed up on time, were quiet and friendly, and the place was so clean after that you didn't even know they had been there. I'll use them for my new jobs and for service calls on my existing properties.

Our sewer backed up recently due to all the rain and our basement started to flood. They came right away late at night and stayed very late to fix the problem. They didn't leave us hanging even though I'm sure they were very tired. They fixed everything (except for the water damage of course) and they guys were so nice to us even though we were stressed and panicking.
