Outstanding! This gentleman is straight up. Told me what I should fix, what can wait, the benefits and possible down falls. Fair price and does not have any problems sharing his expertise. I will use him for ALL plumbing needs. Finding "honest" tradesmen are hard to find but when you do I find them I think they deserve the praise and positive feedback so they are not grouped with the jerks and rip off companies..Oh I could name a few. Losers.

This review is a little late - should have posted it a couple of months ago. John was very helpful in fixing the indoor water valve and he brought a lot of knowledge, patience and flexibility. Very happy with his work! Thanks John!

I've used John L Plumbing for several jobs for my home in Cambridge, Ontario. I found the work to be exemplary and the price very reasonable.
I would recommend John L Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a capable and knowledgable tradesperson who will do the job right and will treat you fairly.
I will definitely be using John L Plumbing in the future.

I had John fixed my waterline pipes in my basement that are leaking. This was the second time i ask for his services and he never fail. I would definitely recommend him. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Best price too!

John L is honest, knowledgeable and willing to teach you tricks to help yourself. He is not out to gouge the customer. He represents good old fashioned values, at the most reasonable cost for his service.
AVOID the chains like Mr Rooter or Hy Pro ( same company ) .
John did a service call (as a second opinion), was here for about 1 hour. He gave me plenty of advice and there was absolutely no charge. Sewage problem was fixed at no charge thanks to John's direction and input.
Bottom line I saved $10,000.00 as quoted by Mr. Rooter.

Had John in several times to fix plumbing issues around our house. He is very knowledgeable, and he always tries to find the cheapest price but does the best quality work. At our new house he walked us through to check the plumbing, and let us know about potential problems. Terrific work, we always call John L Plumbing!

Re: leaking pipe valve to bathroom sink fixture. Answered the call personally. Arrived in about 1 hour. Assessed and found problem immediately. Fixed in minutes. Taught me some basics for future minor repair. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to call for anything large or small.
