Was not clean. Food was good.
This place would be amazing if it was 1992 and the celebs would spend some money on upkeep. The positive is that the waiters are trying to be really nice and accommodating but that's only because they know whoever is in the kitchen seriously needs a career change. To be fair I think this place looks and feels like it does because they are too busy discounting services to make up for the crap. Yeesh.
The waitress was nice. The food was horrible. We had fajitas and the tortillas weren't even warm. We must have waited at least 45 minutes for the food . There was a table close to us that wasn't bussed for the duration we were there. The price was outrageous. They should just shut the place down. Just completely run down.
Depressing place. The displays are falling apart. Projector in main lobby was broken but they kept it on.
Menu is limited American style. Fajitas were overcooked and unspiced. Service was very slow. On a busy Saturday night outside, very few customers inside. If we weren't so tired we would have walked somewhere else.
Zero reason to go.
Took a little while till someone gave us a seat, but food is fantastic and our waiter Tyler was very nice!
I had a Kahuna Big Burger and my wife the Chili Nachos. It was awesome! Drinks were good too.
Very nice location. Thanks for all.
Fantastic time. The nostalgic experience is great for a film buff like myself. I had the Salmon Hollywood Bowl. My wife had the vegetarian burger and she couldn't stop talking about it. She has tried many vegetarian burgers, and she said this is the best one to date. The whole meal rocked. The salmon was grilled to perfection and the flavours of the entire dish were very exciting. The staff was incredibly friendly and and made the experience feel special. Hats off and a bow to Robbie (I think that's his name). He was a fantastic server. The lights, displays, and videos showing added such a great element to the experience. We'll definitely be back. Thank you all at Planet Hollywood for a great time. Kudos
