Great staff- super accommodating and Well trained - it's always nice to see clean tools and equipment used at a nail salon because at some that's not standard!

Beth gave me such a beautiful set of mermaid inspired nails a couple weeks ago and I still can't stop myself from staring at them! The absolute best salon I've been to by far, they clearly care more about the quality of their work than the quantity of clients they can rush through in one day. I highly recommend!

Got my nails done for the first time here before the long weekend on Thursday and by Saturday two snapped off just by pulling up my pants. Really nice people but the quality of nails is terrible.

Love this place! It's a little pricey but when it comes to nails you get what you pay for. The facility is super cute and comfortable. Everyone is so nice.

It can be a difficult thing finding a new nail tech. You wonder about the products they use, if their work will be any good, if you will like the person. In my case Lana was amazing! She asked me lots of questions about the technique my previous tech used, wanted to make sure that the products she used on my nails would be compatible with my nail type. The final result were nails that I adore, I made sure that I made a follow up appointment with her, I was really happy with the final product. A clean comfortable relaxing environment that I would recommend to anyone.

Very rude customer service. never actually been in to get a service done but when I called to make an appointment the lady on the phone was beyond rude. I phoned several time prior and no one picked up.I scheduled an appointment for salon hour and she made it seem like such an inconvenience. She told me the lady would have to stay after hours and even made a sighing sound. I ended up calling back and cancelling because I felt so unwelcome.

I recently moved to Abbotsford and needed to get my acrylic nails remove. I did my research and found pinkies who appeared to have a wonderful reputation. I want to start by saying all of the other nail techs looked extremely talented and proud of there work. My technician, who also is the new owner, had little to no idea what she was doing. She was very sweet and nice but should be training on the techniques not charging for them. I was at the salon for three hours to get my acrylics removed and a gel shellac applied. The amount of time wouldn't have bothered me quite so much, but the end result was not good. She had no knowledge how to take off acrylics and had to be shown by one of the other techs an hour into removal. When we finally got to applying the shellac the coverage was uneven and more then once I had to point out where she missed spots with the Polish. When it came time to pay she didn't know how much the service was or how to use the computer system which resulted in me standing there for another 15 minutes. Now a day later my nails arr chipped and peeling :( All and all go to the salon but avoid allowing the owner to perform your services at all costs!
