Service excellent! Purchased a rado from lougheed location price Was 20% lower than regular retail price & additional 30% off tempted for another. Was so great got my rado repaired while I waited. fast service.

They just repaired an antique manual watch of mine that is 150 years old .They said it was repaired .It used to run 24hrs on a full wind and now does not even rin 12 hrs .I will not use these people again.The "repair" cost me over $250.Now I have to find a real watchmaker.

Brought my Tag Heuer in to get the crown fixed. They fixed it. BUT then as I left the store and put my watch on the rotating bezel piece popped out WTF! I snap it back in but it was rotating loosely. Went back in the store showed the lady, she goes back to talk to someone, comes back and tells me it will cost money and more time to get it fixed because I didn't tell them it was broken the first time - WTF #2. IT WAS NOT BROKEN WHEN I BROUGHT IT IN. I told her to forget about it, I'll take it somewhere else and she says they can GLUE it so it won't be loose! WTF #3. I wished I never gone to them. If you do go to them, record every micro little thing about your watch because when you get it back it might be in worst condition and they will say it was like that.

Ripped Off. I took my Rado watch to get repaired several weeks ago. The clerk who identified himself as Peter gave me an estimate of approximately $300 for a new strap and cleaning.
I picked up my watch and noticed that the sapphire crystal was navy blue instead of black. I clearly recall my crystal being black, and called their office.
Peter answered the telephone and I asked him why my sapphire crystal was navy blue, and he indicated that this was the original color and the strap was black.
I was puzzled, and took my watch home, and my family members were also absolutely certain that the sapphire crystal was actually black.
I was now absolutely sure that they had replaced the crystal as it may have cracked while repairs, and it was clear that Peter lied to me about the sapphire crystal only being available in navy blue, and that this was the watch I left for repairs.
They have clearly ripped me off, and lied to me. I do not recommend you ever trust this company as they deliberately ripped me off.
