I would like to thank James from Artic Spa London for all his help with my swimmer spa. I had become very discouraged with the previous owner and wasn’t sure where to turn for help. I’ve had the technicians from Kitchener here and they got my pool water looking fabulous. I’m really thankful that I purchased a swimmer spa from Artic Spa and now with James running the store I’m confident that I’ll be a satisfied customer moving forward. I would highly recommend there hot tubs🤗 Thanks James for your great customer service and your awesome personality and knowledge in the products. Thanks again for all your help. Rhonda
New owners are fantastic. Helpful and honest
The new ownership and management would like to welcome all Arctic Spas customers to our new location. We look forward to providing exceptional service to our existing customers and amazing deals to our future customers.
Come on in - we would love to meet with you and show you the "Arctic Advantage"!
Sorry to see the reviews on the old (now closed) Adelaide St. London location. We have experienced excellent service at the London and Kitchener Arctic Spa stores. Staff at the new London location on Dearness Drive (under completely new ownership and management) are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
Now about the quality of the tub itself We have owned our Kodiak Arctic Spa tub for just over 6 years and it has been one of the best investments that we ever made! When we were shopping around for a tub many other hot tub manufactures told us that a good salt spa system doesn't exist, but we beg to differ the onzen salt generator that we have in our tub is amazing. Remember over 6 years and we've experienced no issues with corrosion of parts, etc. that other dealers talk about. The insulated spa cabinet combined with the heavy duty (but not in weight) cover keeps our water very warm where the heater is not continually coming on, even on the coldest of CDN winter days. CDN made, so the manufacturing of these tubs takes our harsh winter weather into consideration in designing their tubs. We have the Forever Floor on our tub and we have not experienced any critter damage over the years and we have mice and voles in our area. Obviously, I can't say enough
This new arctic spa store is fabulous now that its under new ownership and the service is great they actaully know what there taking about and get the problem fixed no beating around the bush like before. Steve was the person i talked to when calling in for service would highly reccomend them to anyone
Since the new location opened up with new owners Arctic Spas London has surpassed expectations. The previous owner would not provide the services expected and did not return phone calls. At the new location, James is very knowelegable answering questions with ease. I would highly recommend buying an Arctic Spa!

Arctic Spas of London provided us with a quote for repairing our hot tub. We decided it wasn't worth it to us, and offered them the hot tub for free so that they could refurbish and sell it, as long as they took it away at their own cost, which they agreed to. When they came to get it, they were unable to remove it. The workers were very friendly about it, and told us they just needed to come back the next week with an extra guy. At the time they left, it was disconnected and half off of the concrete pad, partly lying on our garden/lawn at a 45 degree angle (picture posted). It looks like our backyard was vandalized or hit by a tornado. After a week with no return visit, I contacted Tim Seaton, who told me they didn't want it, said they never told us they were coming back, and called us liars about what his workers told us. I sent him photos of how the hot tub was left, and indicated that we would obviously have asked his staff to put it back before they left if they had told us they weren't coming back. I then asked him to have the workers return to put it back on the pad so that our backyard would be back to the way it was before they came and our children could play safely around it. He refused, and, in a very long and rude email, indicated that the only way they would come back would be if we paid them to put it back ("get out your wallet"). The way in which this unfolded was so out of left field that it has made us wonder if all of this was an intentional cash grab. Given his lack of integrity and unprofessional business practices, I would recommend consumers steer clear of Tim Seaton and any of his businesses, Arctic Spa of London, Aquatrust, and Market at Work.
So we ended up at the store today and was fortunate to be able to work with Krista, she seemed very knowledgeable and truthful about the product/options etc etc.
i had done quite a bit of research and had visited the store before and in both instances (with Krista) and the fellow before, i did not feel that they were not being truthful about the product they sell.
She worked with us to make sure we got the hot tub we needed or more importantly i felt we got reasonable value for money on a top quality hot tub.
So we ended up purchasing a Tundra and look forward to the day it arrives.
I can't comment about the after purchase experience (service etc) yet, but from i can see of the people working here, i am sure it will be just fine.
One minor suggestion for this dealer, on days (like weekends) that you expect several ppl in the store at once, try to have more than 1 person in the store as we waiting a bit, not Krista's fault at all, she was busy with another customer, she did acknowledge us and apologized for the wait, which is great.
