i been doing business with the above company for last 2yrs
The staff is very efficint and help full. Iofen pop in without an appointment they always welcome me . im very much impressed by there service
Specially Leah the owner have good knowlege of the accounting system and she know how to deal with CRA and get the most of it in case of refund and rightoff
I wiill definatley recommend my freinds and family to fill there tax return with the above company to get the best effentient service.

I filed my tax to them and they were able to check and fixed my 2014 tax that my previous accountant haven't done. I paid huge money to the government last year and should be paying for this year but because of the 2014's adjustment, I got a confirmation from the government i dont have to pay this year and got a small refund instead of owing them huge amount.
Staffs are nice btw. :)

Don't EVER go here, they make mistakes and the Receptionist is childish and insults you. They will leave your personal documents with random companies inside the building instead of dealing with you to pick them up.

Taxes gone wrong= they spelt my name incorrect, marked i was non-Canadian and can’t vote. Accountant told me it wasn’t important to tell the govt that & I can submit it anyways. I refused & asked her to correct it.

The Receptionist told me off over the phone and said I was ungrateful for the services they provided me, insulted me, hung up, then screened calls and refused to answer for 10min. I called from different numbers and the receptionist finally answered.

I had to apologize profusely just so she would arrange time with me to pick up my taxes.They emailed me shortly after and said they had left my finished taxes with a receptionist in a Chiropractor Office in the same building. I was shocked and appalled by the extremely dissatisfying service and disregard for personal financial security.

The receptionist should be fired and their business licence taken away for the level of service they provide..
