Sent for some crickets they sold dead him 24 for 6$ when he got home i looked at them and only 5 where alive talk about a fast sale to a older person wow they wont even replace them SMH shame on you petland

I would never buy any animals from there as they were obviously not cared for properly. The cages were unkept and way smellier than they should have been and animals looked unwell.
Place was filthy. No one seemed interested in helping me even though I looked at employees directly and was standing in same spot for over 10mins.response / report this review -

The staff isn't the most knowledgeable. The selection has fallen quite a bit over the years. Had to switch to petsmart cause they wouldn't consistently stock my dogs food or have the large bags of it.

I wouldn't buy any thing "living" from this place. Emailed head office once and gave them a formal letter in regards to my experience with my fish. I had 10+ fish die following the care of the employees that work here. Head office never returned my write.
I unfortunately still have to shop here to provide my dogs with the dog food as it's the closest distributor but I was in today to get another bag of dog food and I walked past the ferret cage and I was almost in tears.
All the ferrets were lethargic, and there was poop and diarrhea all over their cage! Dripping down from the tiers of the cage. I feel bad the animals are left there to sit in their poop. I'd be lethargic too!
Very unpleasant to customers and heartbreaking the way these animals are cared for.response / report this review -

Friendly staff, the fish are fun to look at. Good prices on some of the cat houses and toys. Will definitely come back in the future.
