  I while ago i went to get a trailer for my car but my wiring adapter had a problem, so the guy working helped me fix the wiring so i could use the trailer. Overall i had a good experience and i would recommend to anyone.

  Awful experience. We had the uhaul for less than 24 hours, the man working was not trained properly when we brought the uhaul back. We were over charged 45 dollars because the man charged us for 2 days. The mirror on the uhaul was broken when we picked it up, and when we went to drop it off we mentioned that to the man working and he said ' it's fine' - okay. So August 15th, we recived a letter in the mail from uhaul, stating we were in an accident on Thrid Ave in Saskatoon ( we didn't even go to third ave, at all. We took the uhaul from greys ave and we took the freeway too highway 11, and when we brought it back, same route but coming in from the 16 never did we even go close to downtown) so we call the number back to talk to a woman assigned to our 'claim' the woman had no idea what we were talking about and says ' someone will call you back' well today we are still getting hate mail from this company but when we call, they know nothing! .. Very unorganized and over priced. Never again will I recommend this company or use it.

  Last year one of my family members was moving to a different city and we rented a truck that we thought it was the right size for us and it ended up that we needed a bigger size. So we went there and talked to the staff and explained our situation and he nicely switched the truck to the bigger size. It was very helpful and I really appreciate for their service.

  This rental location is closed and out of business and I don't find that out until after I made reservations online. I had to go through a long process of changing the location because this place was no longer in their system and they had problems pulling up my reservation because of it
