The man working the front desk is very rude. Location is awful and very unsafe, the lobby was nice but didn't smell overly clean. We ended up coming to supper 8 on circle! Staff has been amazing and it's clean!

Stayed with them for 3 nights. Staff was nice, breakfast was so-so. Area a little dangerous, lots of homeless people at night. Overall, good experience.

the service was incredible. got in very late from calgary. the overnight clerk was phenomenal! rooms were clean and cozy. the breakfast was not impressive at all, but there's a tim's not far away so it worked out.

Don't let the exterior appearance of the motel fool you. This place is was quite clean and the staff were great.

I'm staying in the university hospital. My parents and grandma are staying at this hotel.
I phoned the hotel Wednesday night at 1130 to make sure they had a discounted price for hospital stays. I was told a 2 queen beds would be 74 a night.
They ended up going to the hotel at 130 am and were given a random 2 king bed room and were charged 99 a night.
They didn't want a king room. So I phoned the hotel and the guy was a bit rude to me.
Don't be telling me one price one phone and charging another !

Location is great for accessibility to hospital, but the types and amount of people that hang around the low level parking and back of building is very off-putting. The rooms were of decent size and clean. The front desk staff could use some people skills and manners, at least the housekeepers were out going and friendly. If given a choice, I would never stay there again.
