  The rocks on the river bank below the other end of the bridge are painted and worth viewing. Also a good spot to watch the sunset over the pedestrian bridge.

  If you look down on the one side there are a ton of rocks with art from locals and sometimes you can even see them painting as well. Great view of the river and Bessborough Hotel and leads into either downtown or Broadway Ave depending on the direction you're heading. Great bike and walking trails in either side as well.

  ☆☆☆☆ sure there's garbage but it's a public place and people are terrible at putting things in the garbage can, but it's so nice to look out off the bridge at the water. The view is wonderful.

  The best part of the bridge is the pained rock garden at one end.
