We were attending a work function, in one of the halls that were on site. The facility was kept clean the bathrooms were also kept clean and the water was always available. The temperature of the room was also pleasant as most halls are unbearably cold. Overall job well done on the appearance of the facility.
This might not be the fanciest hotel but it is a great Hotel, the staff are incredibly polite and the rooms are spotless and smell clean. The manager I spoke to even phoned a friend of his when I mentioned I was looking for a place, to see if he had any rentals available for my family. Though his friend didn't have any rentals available, the owner gave me his friends number as he often has work for sub contractors like myself. I can't express how gray it feels to be treated so well and to feel like this place is not just a business but part of the community. Thanks for a great experience Travelodge!
Modern rooms and relatively comfortable beds. Small bathrooms. Staff ignore their own provided door cards to opt out of housekeeping services.
Kids have fun here, all ages. 2 pools one for bigger kids and a mini water park for the little ones both have a hot tub for the adults to keep watch on your kids. Some rooms open up to the pool. The rooms are a good size (the ones I've stayed in). Clean and kept well including the hallways.
The room utilized for the seminar was great, the meals were a bit heavy, and the temperature was a little cool. It wouod have been nice to be on the main level for some natural light. Everything was clean, the staff were very polite.
Great hotel for kids! A lot of the rooms face the pool (or walk on to the pool) as a large portion is in a U-shape around it. That being said, this has to be the poorest layout of a hotel I have ever been in. Also don't expect to sleep during the day if you're room is facing the pool as it's extremely loud. Parts of the hotel look renovated while others look old and dated. They were re-painting a lot of the doors when I stayed which did not smell the greatest. Shower head was at eye level as well. The food that was catered at the hotel for the conference rooms would barely pass for satisfactory.
The waterslide was the highlight; lots of fun for kids. Pools were warm and clean. The restaurant was mediocre at best, with the usual "family dining" fare, poorly prepared (lacking seasoning in general, and never better than something cooked from frozen at home). The room was clean and comfortable, but was in need of minor repairs (broken toilet paper roll, noisy and old A/C).
The rooms are newly renovated and look great. The kids loved the water slide and the pool. The only downfall is the renovations are getting around. All in all good experience.
Had a 9-year-old birthday pool party here and it was a really good time. The room was right off the pool and we certainly weren't the only ones with the idea. There were at least 3 or 4 other parties there and as such it was really busy.
The room was nice and spacious with plenty of room for party goers. The staff were courteous and professional and the pool facilities were a hit with the kids. The only drawback was how busy it was. Regardless a good time was had by all and certainly something I'd recommend for other parents interested in a pool-party type event.
The only saving grace was how nice the employees were. The whole inside smelled of smoke, my room smelled smoked in, and I went to multiple floors to see if it was the same and it was. For a non-smoking hotel, it sure was smokey. Very disappointed.
We were in the Hercules room for the evening. It was clean and flexible for our growing group throughout the evening. It was very accommodating overall.
Stayed in the business room with a king size bed. Thought it was pretty good. Although, I was surprised that they tacked on some extra fees for damage deposit. Would have been nice to know that before hand lol. Otherwise pretty good stay.
It looks very bright and new again. Although the pool area could use a bit of an update. Otherwise looked awesome!
Was a disappointment. There was no continental breakfast, plenty of long hall ways so you'll get an exercise in before reaching your room. There were signs posted in the pool area stating no outside footwear however the mud trail around the pool would suggest a lack of enforcement. Overall nice pool decent slide and amenities just a poor setup and lack of simple things that make a good stay great.
