What a beautiful place to stay! My husband and I just spent 2 days here celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. The house is beautiful and well-kept, with modern conveniences while keeping the quaint Victorian ambiance. After visiting the falls and the hectic and crowded tourist attractions (it's gorgeous but busy) I was thrilled with the decision to stay here over a hotel. It's close enough to get out and enjoy everything but far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing. Loved every second of our stay and Carolyn and Gary are wonderful hosts!

Gary and Carolyn are the sweetest hosts one can ever have the pleasure of knowing. My wife and I started our honeymoon here and everyday we spent here was memorable all throughout. Their subtle touches to our experience, their accommodating our dietary needs, they warmth and genuine affection for their guests is hard to miss. Gary is a Trivia trove and Carolyn is so warm hearted. If you come to Niagara, stay here. Dont stay at a hotel.

My fiancée and I couldn't even wait for the end of our stay to write a review. The rooms are absolutely beautiful!! The breakfast was delivered right to our suite and the selection is great! The people that run the place are extremely friendly and really make this place a special visit for all their guests. 5/5 Would Highly recommend to all! I wont be staying elsewhere from now on whenever I'm in Niagara.

For anyone staying in Niagra I would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast in a beautiful heritage home over any hotel or Bed and Breakfast in Niagra.
During my stay there with my 4 year old son we felt as though we were family; and we were treated as real people not just another booking and occupant like you would expect at a hotel.
Carolyn and Gary I thank you so much for all of your caring and attention while we were there. Without your advice Gary we would have been completely lost.
We stayed in the beautiful Carriage House, which literally transported us out of busy Toronto life into a peaceful Victorian era.
The carriage house has a fantastic kitchen with literally everything you could possibly need for cooking and eating. For parents who have children who need snacks on an ongoing basis this is perfect because the fridge and extra space can store snacks during your stay.
There is a dining table in the kitchen overlooking the main house and garden. which makes for a fresh landscape view in the morning when you are eating breakfast, which is hand delivered to your dining table.
The breakfast was the best breakfast I have had in 40 years and the meals were fresh and generous. We were asked if there was anything that was not suggested on the menu that we needed even. The options were plentiful.
Spa bath was very relaxing after a very active day of exploring Niagra and in the morning before breakfast.
The bed and pillows are the most comfortable that I have ever slept on!!!
The kind of bed you get in and 30 seconds later you fall asleep because it is so cozy and comfy.
Having said that, when you are looking for a place to stay in Niagra Falls, step outside the hotel box and step into the highest quality and most relaxing accommodation experience of your life.
My son gives Park Place B&B a 5 stars too, and I quote " I want to stay at the Niagra house forever and ever" Once you stay there you will feel yourself already planning when you will return.

This is a great place to stay! It is close to the attractions at Niagara Falls and those at Niagara Lake. Carlyn and Gary are so welcoming and hospitable, looking after every need and giving great suggestions and insight on where to go.
