Dr.Magerman is an excellent Dr. She genuinely cares and is knowledgeable. The clerks used to be impossible to get ahold of, however it is much better now.

Refuse service walk in even when say walk in accepted and there was 0 patients in the clinic. For a simple eye infection on my son. What about Hippocrates hypocrites lack of human and common sense.

Used to have terrible phone service but it's much better now. I've been going here for several years. I really like Dr. Magerman, she's the best doctor I've ever had.

Went in for walk in the morning and was told that the doctor would only see walk in patients if your family doctor was at that clinic. I'd never heard of this policy at clinics before and they should properly post signs and put that on their machine when you call, that's way people don't waste their time going and can go somewhere else.

Absolutely horrendous service. I came in for a walk in which they proceeded to tell me it would take and hour for, after about 2 and a half hours of waiting I asked how much longer and she tells me another hour. They could have told me it was going to be longer and I would have went to another clinic, however they decided to keep me waiting until they told me they didn't have time for me. Resulting in me not being able to go to the doctor and having to endure my back pain for at least another day.

I'm happy with this clinic, happy to have such a good family doctor. Dr Moira Magerman has been our family doctor for a couple of years now, and she's awesome! You can tell the clinic is busier now, though, b/c now she is often in more of a rush during appointments.
If there is high turnover - she hasn't turned over yet - in about 2 years. :) We have not typically had long waits for times that we have had an appointment. I get that stuff happens, and sometimes some appointments take longer than others, so these things are not rote and always predictable, but we haven't had long waits for seeing our doctor, so I'm sure they are doing the best they can to keep to times as much as they are able.
The only time we had a really long wait was when we came as a 'walk-in' without an appointment. And the reason the wait was so long is that one doctor had to leave, and the other doctor was doing all her regular appointments and squeezing any walk-in patients in, in between - understandably difficult circumstances. Stuff happens.
Yes, reception has had some difficulty in the past with employees with poor English skills, but it's okay now, and the ones that are there now seem quite efficient.

Worst experience at this place. There was no one in the waiting room and i waited 30 minutes to even get in. Then waited another 25 minutes to see dr nella mabunda who was rude with terrible bedside manner. All i was there for was a prescription refill and dr mabunda did not even know what my medication WAS! How are these people able to practice medicine in canada?
