I needed a new phone and contract. Darryl was amazing. He was so helpful. He provided me with options, helped me select a case and screen protector and even put it on for me. Once the phone was set up I was even able to use the WiFi he has at the store to download my iCloud info. Great service!

I just had one of the best customer service experiences today. Darryl, regional cellular manager took my call. I went to visions website and he walked me through some of the best products I was calling about. He made sure I found the best match and price. He then set everything aside for me. When I went in he was prompt to help me and get me on my way. The experience from first call to completed sale could have been a case study on how to treat a customer properly. Im very very impressed and thankful. It was a small purchase but Darryl made sure it was a positive one. Thanks D!

Great place for any electronics-related business.

I was in to renew my phone contract. First, I was swept away by the Excellent Customer Service. Not only did my representative Darryl remember our conversation from a few weeks ago but he also took the time to explain the different options I had and why they are or aren't great for me based on my previous phone use. He was also very patient with our numerous "new-to-Canada" and "new-to-android" questions; overall very approachable, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Second, the incentive program for doing business with Visions Electronics is impressive. I got a sweet little camera drone to go with my brand new free phone for staying with Visions for 2+ years now.
From now on Visions Electronics will be my first choice for any electronics purchases. They have the benefit of a small business care with the ability to provide corporate offers.

Never get anything for your car installed here. I had a remote/alarm system installed here and it shorted out a computer in my car. After getting it fixed 3 times, Visions told me it wasn't their fault and they would take no responsibility for it. I took it to Audio Link with Krazy Kileys and they re-installed the remote start/alarm and it now works amazing. Will never go back their car installation guy doesn't know what he is doing and was very rude to me when trying to explain to him what the problem was.

My month long experience with Visions came to a close today; I bought a remote starter on boxing day, along with a second remote. They told me they didn't have the remote in stock but it would be in the following Tuesday. Fast forward to Tuesday and I go back and am told that the order got lost; but there was another shipment coming in on Friday that would have my remote on it. Friday rolls around and wouldn't you know it? The remote wasn't in that shipment either! So finally the manager took my name and phone number and told me that he would call me back when it showed up; two weeks went by and I didn't hear anything back, so I gave them a phone call and spent over 10 minutes on hold. So I hung up and phoned back and left a message for the manager to call me back when he had a minute. I didn't hear back from him at that point either. So now today; I called and asked about my remote (making sure to mention to the manager that I've been given the run around for a month now and am getting upset about it) and was spoke to with an attitude that I didn't appreciate given my dealings with trying to get my remote that I had paid for a month prior!

TL;DR - Bought a remote starter and ordered a separate remote, was told it would be in on Friday, and ended up waiting over a month to get it.

Don't ever buy a remote start from them, they will not give you a time in which your vehicle will be done. You just have to drop it off when when they open and wait till they call you when it's done. It there are any issues they don't call to let you know about it. Had my vehicle in once to get installed and once to get it fixed. And both times I've had to wait till the end of the day to get it back! The second time they wanted to keep it for another day Terrible service. I would recommend never going here for anything. Can't count on them. Would have given 0 star rating if I could!!
