This was the first time I used the services of Dodge City and Dodge City Collision. I had extensive damage to my Hummer after a hailstorm and the team at Dodge City restored my vehicle to the mint condition it was in prior to the storm. Kevin Strunk, Terry and the rest of the staff extended themselves to us at every juncture so I knew what was happening with the repairs and why and they exhausted every possible opportunity to make sure they had all of the parts needed. I cannot say enough about this experience and I highly recommend Dodge City without any hesitation or reservations. Sandra S.

Recently bought a new 2017 RAM 1500 here. The staff was very helpful, respectful and professional. Additional work to the truck was performed ASAP following delivery of the vehicle, and was completed in a timely manner. No hassle or hesitation to provide me with a loaner vehicle during that period either. Definitely one of the better vehicle shopping/service experiences I have had.

Dodge City is a Big City dealership yet continues to offer the small town dealership experience where they actually care about their customers and know most of them by name. I have dealt with them for over 20 years and have always been VERY well taken care of. They have excellent long term sales representatives (Dave D, Dave L., Bill & Phil). Blaine and Terry over at the body shop are stellar guys. Personalized service is rare in todays world and I congratulate Dodge City on staying true to its roots.

We have been customers of Dodge City Auto for years now. We have always been treated like gold. Buying a vehicle comes down to how good you will be treated when it needs service. Seriously, they have the BEST service centre of any dealer in town. Aaron Dash and his team know whats up. DO NOT hesitate to buy from here, 5 stars all around!

The service was great! When I couldn't talk on the phone she relayed the vital info to me via text. Seriously above and beyond. She took care of everything efficiently and with a great attitude. Since I've bought my jeep she has gotten to know my name and I feel like she really cares about doing a great job.

Horrible service experience! Very rude whenever you had questions and never commited to getting things done in a timely matter! The shuttle drivers were always great though! Very unimpressed!

Had a very un satisfactory first visit to Dodge City. However, after chatting with the Service manager and "giving everyone a second chance" things turned out very well on my second visit.
Was pleased that I was able to sit down with the Service manager and work things out to both our satisfaction.
Will visit again the next time the truck needs work and take it one step at a time.response / report this review -

Wayne Fast and the used car team took great care of me. He listened to what i was looking for, provided options thst fit my needs and budget, and cut to the chase on negotiations. After the sale they quickly resolved a minor issue without fuss. If you are looking for a used vehicle, be sure to visit Wayne and his team!

Too bad I can't give them less my vehicle has been there since Tuesday supposedly for a battery now an alternator was going to be done Wednesday then Thursday now Friday they still aren't finished being on oxygen and having to take cabs and paying for them is not fun don't take a vehicle for service here

Loved the experience here compared to other dealers. Tom went out of his way to have us test drive as many vehicles as possible and make sure that we ended up with exactly what we needed. They were even prepared to lend us a truck to weigh my horse trailer so we could be certain that we got something big enough to pull it. We didn't need to use it but sure appreciated the offer. Lianne in Finance was also great to deal with and laid out our payment and warranty options very clearly.

I brought my truck in to have my back up screen fixed which turned out to be a loose connection behind the screen. Somehow my console caught a dirty scratch along the way. I came back a couple months later after trying different products to fix it myself and asked if they could help me out with a new console. Without hesitation they replaced and installed a brand new console. Top notch service. Only place I will let touch my truck now.

I would not recommend the service department. I will not take my Van there again. I had a number of issues for each issue I was quoted a large amount of $ to fix. I then took the vehicle to a different Mechanic he actually looked at the issues and solved them not simply recommending the biggest fix. I saved $3000 by going to elsewhere.

I've purchased several vehicles over the years, Dodge City has provided the best car buying experience thus far! Darryl Anderson has a down to earth personality that eases the stress and pressure. What I was looking for was taken into consideration and exceeded my expectations. The time spent in office discussing the sale was minimal. Loving my 2016 Dodge Charger!

Just bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Patsy and Kevin at Dodge City Auto. Great team. Very accommodating in getting me into the perfect ride. Very happy with my experience. Very knowledgeable in the vehicles they have on site. Finance center was great in getting me everything I need. I would recommend seeing the team at Dodge City Auto.
