Move to Saskatoon couple of months ago. Had to perform an SGI inspection to get my car plated in Saskatchewan. I heard good things about Glenwood so I decided to give them a try. Everything was explained properly and had the work done in timely manner. Gerome is really good to deal with.

Recently moved to Saskatoon so needed my car inspected. Rob and his business came highly recommended. Was so impressed with the service and the little details, like a nice area to wait in complete with beverages and snacks. When I picked up my car I left something at the desk. Rob arranged for one of the drivers to drop it off. Service above and beyond. I've already recommended Glenwood to a friend.

It's the small things that matter. I was heading out on the highway into a storm. I couldn't change my windshield wipers. I stopped in without an appointment. They had trouble getting them off too. But they didn't give up. They took my truck into their shop and 10 minutes later I had new wipers that worked great. They went above and beyond to make my truck safe for the challenging drive I had ahead of me. They are a local business that cares about people. I would highly recommend them. Thanks guys for the great service!

Was there recently but have been dealing there for many years. Had an issue with hearer and they got me in the next day and dealt with the problem without any hassle. Rob and staff are always very accommodating and helpful. Sean the technician who worked on my vehicle took time to show to me and explain what had been done and a few other things to watch in the future but didn't need repair right away. Keep up the good work!

Great experiences with Glenwood Auto. I have been visiting their shop for all my car care needs for years now. Always a great price and great service. They are very accommodating to both drop you off at home to leave your vehicle with them AND pick you up when your vehicle is done. Highly recommend.

AWFUL! These guys were not upfront. I was promised same-day diagnostic and estimate and I never heard back for 2 days. When I called 2nd day they said they were looking at it and would call back in 1 hour, never heard back for 3 hrs. When their estimate came back $500 more than dealership and I said I would take it back to the dealer Rob told me to NEVER come back here- he can bet I sure won't. Also he was constantly interrupting me and very rude. When I first showed up he seemed so nice and assured me he wanted to "take really good care of our company."

These guys fixed my AC on the same day I drop off the vehicle. They also found another problem needs to be fixed. They always call let me know what they will do and how much it will cost. I feel comfortable dealing with these guys. Compare the terrible horrible experience I had recently with Volvo Saskatoon. These guys are angels.

Glenwood auto has the best customer service ever. They never force you to have anything done on your vehicle and are very good at explaining the why behind anything your vehicle may need done. I've always felt taken care of even and important!

The people at Glenwood Auto are amazing! They were able to schedule me in quickly and completed the service needed in a timely manner. They called before fixing anything on my vehicle and clearly explained what needing fixing, why, and the estimate cost of the repairs. The final cost even came in under the estimate! I will definitely be taking my vehicle back for any repairs or maintenance. Thanks Glenwood!

Being new to Saskatoon I didn't know who I could trust to look after my vehicle without the fear of being charged for work that wasn't truly necessary.
I thought I needed my brakes serviced given the mileage on my vehicle but after an inspection, the Glenwood team let me know the brakes were still in good condition. They could have easily replaced brake pads and or rotors and I would have been none the wiser. Good to know there are still people you can trust.
The customer service was also amazing and you can tell they truly care about their customers.
I will happily come back to Glenwood for all of my automotive service needs. Thank-you Rob and team!response / report this review -

The staff I dealt with at Glenwood were courteous and helpful. Their shuttle service is very convenient. Fees and costs were all well explained when I brought my car in for an engine flush and oil change.
I had a less pleasant experience when I purchased a complete set of new summer tires. This was mid-winter and I was expecting that the tires would be installed when I came in to have my winter tires removed. I was a bit surprised that when I stopped by to pay for the tires I also ended up leaving with the tires. Glenwood did offer to store the tires, but for a fee. I found this a bit disagreeable as I had just purchased the tires from them.
My invoice for the tires included a wheel alignment fee though this work could only be done when I had the tires installed. I called to dispute this and the staff were helpful in resolving the issue.
I had a some questions about switching from conventional oil to synthetic and finding a good set of mid-range tires. I appreciate the time the staff spent answering my questions.
Despite the frustrations mentioned earlier, I think I will be returning to Glenwood. I hope though that in the future things go more smoothly.response / report this review
