Don't trust them. Terrible experience. We reserved a taxi for the airport from Oakville, and they didn't show up. We called them to check and they put us on wait for 15 min. They never called back. What a terrible way to manage a business. Shame on you!

I have been a long time customer with Oakville taxi. They have never let me down as far as rides to and from the airports. I have travelled solo as well as in groups. They are good both with their clean cars and promptness.

Completely unreliable! Do not trust this company for a trip to the airport. Had pre arranged everything, sorted out pricing, etc. They ghosted us on a 4am pickup to the airport. Tried calling, no answer. 2 weeks later and still never received a call back from them. Almost missed our flight thanks to this company.

I would highly recommend their service for airport drop off. The driver came 10 mins before scheduled time and helped us with luggage loading unloading. He waited patiently until we got all our bags out. We booked with the taxi on the same day via phone and it was hassle free.
