Our HVAC system is over 30 years old, called Eco Star. Joseph came by the next day and patiently walked us through all the options. His quote is the most competitive. We ended up upgrading our AC, water tank and furnace all together and qualify for a sizable rebate. we are very happy with the purchase. The installation team was on time and quick with their work. Overall, good experience and would recommend.

Tracy was our rep and was very informative/knowledgeable about the brands/devices. she answered all our questions with great clarity about pricing and installation details. the technicians were about 30 min late though it wasn't a problem for us. they installed everything correctly, and also informed us on ongoing maintenance and usage. overall great experience, highly recommended.

I'm totally satisfied with the AC installation. Sam is very professional, knowledgeable and patient to answer all my questions. The price is lower than other companies. They could even schedule a booking on the same day I purchased the AC. The technician Hans is also professional. He explained clearly to me what he did and provided me tips how to maintain the AC etc. I strongly recommend ECO STAR.

My old AC leaked every time it ran for two hours and cold air did not come out anymore. I discovered Eco Star online and decided to give it a try.
After consulting Andy the service manager, he concluded that my AC's coil was old and it was more practical to replace the AC rather than repairing it. The schedule for installation was absolutely packed since it is summer already but he was able to fit me in the next day.
The two technicians were also extremely professional and helpful, and the procedure went smoothly. It only took two days and I was able to feel the breeze coming from the AC again, 10/10 would recommend Eco Star!
