We had Dan, Chris and Aziz here this week to install our new heat pump and we couldn't be happier with them and their work - Dan really knows his stuff! They were friendly, knowledgeable and hard-working. They were here all day and discussed everything with us throughout the whole process while answering all of our questions along the way. They also made sure we knew how to operate everything properly and advised us of the maintenance requirements before they left. They cleaned everything up as they worked and took away all garbage from the equipment packaging etc. Overall this was a very positive experience and we would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs. In 2015 we purchased a 3300 square footage home.. and went to Costco to buy a A/C unit
$5,000.. had this company installed it .. very poor service they used the most cheap lines .. not effective and they will install the unit close the furnace saving the cost of material without considering
Your walkway. right or left
The A/C only worked for 2 years..
I have called several times and no service.. I hired a different company
Ans paid $2,10.. for the service and they diagnosed the unit .. and told me the compressor is not longer working and will cost me 2,300
In repairs .. so I had a different company come over to make sure

And they told me the compressor is damaged..
According to the service person the unit did not met the requirements.. because it's the wrong unti.. for the size footage of this house .. UT the sales person told my wife otherwise when selling the unit .
In my previous house which it was 2800 square footage had installed a more affordable unit no brand no issues ..no issues.. so don't waste your money.. used a one person operated company.. I hope this help

We had a small issue with water dripping from the A/C pipe above the furnace. Robert arrived in a timely manner and observed that the issue was probably condensation on the pipe due to lack of insulation. He insulated the pipe. Conducted a through check of the unit to make sure all was good. Robert was a true professional, explaining all work and answering all questions making us feel confident with the product. Thank You

Initially, I scheduled a repair to my HVAV system, as the blower on my furnace stopped working. I waited all day on the assigned day and no one showed up. I called the dispatch center and after some discussion, we came to an acceptable agreement for the diagnosis the next day.
Robert attended and could not have been more professional. I was told to expect a technician between 8 am and noon. Robert called at 8:15 to advise he would be about 1/2 hour which was greatly appreciated.
Robert arrived on time and wore covers over his boots so that he would not dirty the floor. He was very open to explaining the problem and showed me the motor that was burned out and also advised me of the problem which was dirty ducts. he suggested a duct cleaning so that the new motor would not be affected.
I am very satisfied with the work and deportment of Robert!

I couldn’t be more pleased with Bobs service call to service my air conditioner. He was prompt, friendly and more importantly knowledgeable and professional. He was very thorough. He was very clear about what I needed to do and offered all the products and services that the company had to offer. I was most pleased to learn that I could request him
For future services and I will most certainly be requesting that he do my services going forward. What a great offering from comfort masters that I can request a technician that knows me and my home and I can have him back versus meeting a new stranger. Highly recommend these guys.
