Cheapest place on the city for a seasonal tire swap. At 106 bucks after tax.

If it wasn't for the really wonderful front staff, I would've lost it. Had my car in for an appointment to balance tires while traveling. Came back two and a half hours later, an hour and a half after they said they'd be done, and they hadn't even looked at it.

Currently driving to Winnipeg, shaking all the way, because they couldn't tell me they were busy, would be late, to maybe try somewhere else.

I really liked going here until I realized that there is one tech there that is a crook. Despite this I will never take my car to ANY OK tire after this. I even know who the owner is as well

    1St Time:
OK: "Sir you need camber pins to do the alignment."
    Me: "Sure, no problem."

    2nd Time: 6 months later.
OK: "Sir you need camber pins to do the alignment."
ME: "No, I actually I got them the last time I was here. "
OK: "Oh let us check again, No sir you need them because the tech can't adjust the shocks."
    ME: "CHECK AGAIN!"
OK: "Oh, yes the tech found them and he is adjusting them."

I changed the Shocks and Struts and it cost me about $400 and got them to do alignment for me.

    3rd Time: Year later.
OK: "Sir we can't put on new tires and do an alignment because your shocks are "Banged Out".
ME: "I just replaced them a year ago."
OK: " Well Sir, that is what the Tech is saying and we won't do an alignment and we already put your new tires on."
ME: "How much will it cost?"
OK: "$4500 to do it all."
ME: "Not a chance on a 20 year old car, I will pay the $200 to get my old tires back on and go some wheres else."

I took it another vendor. No sir your shocks and struts are a little worn, but pretty much brand new. I hate how OK can just say "We are experts" and pull this kinda crap. That tech is a crooked a$$ and I will never take it there again.

took car in for slow leak , had it repaired was charged 30 bucks plus patch plus tax and 5 buck shop supply charge . I asked what the shop supply charge was and was told every shop charges this .I paid for the repair and the patch what else could they have used? Seems like stealing to me.Won't be back !!!
