I called Canadian Energy asking if they could test a small charger that i have hooked up to my elderly mothers vehicle. I wanted to make sure there wasn't going to be any surprises going into the winter season. I came down around the lunch hour and Nick took my charger to the back to test on some batteries, he confirmed everything was in working order. Nick even came outside and tested my mothers CAA battery free of charge. When i need to replace my charger or battery i know where to go!

Great experience, Brad was awesome and very knowledgable. I was extremely impressed with how competitive their prices are. Over all I would highly recommend Canadian Energy. If you're in a jam request Brad he was an absolute delight to deal with.

bought 2 batteries for our r.v.. 1 had no charge leaving the store. never thought about it,went home and charged it because I was going south right away.the batteries did not have to work that hard because it was not that hot.i did not use the next year because I was busy working away from home. I put them in r.v to go south this year but would not hold a charge. I talked to a guy from this company and he said bring them back,they have 2 yr warranty. when I got there a lady said only 18 mth warranty so she would not warranty them.She tested them ,said they were good but I did not believe her so I went somewhere else,they tested them and said 1 was no good at all,they said that they could not see anything wrong physically even though the lady at Canadian energy claimed I must have froze them,or charged them wrong,etc.Turns out she was the owner, SURPRISE. I will not buy here ever again,what a rip off.batteries worked 3 months and cost me 400.00. was definitely not a good deal. worst company I have ever had the displeasure of buying from.The lady is rude,makes excuses to get out of warranty.Keep your money,go elsewhere,save yourself the hassel.
