Joe, Cindy and the rest of the team at IDP are the best!!!! Every time I walk in the front of the shop, there's always someone to greet you with a smile. These guys know diesel inside and out!!!! All of them are so knowledgable and helpful, especially with new vehicles, things that are changing. Got to be tough to stay on top of the new technology, but some how, they manage to do it. Great job you guys!!!

Here is the short story..

injection pump failed on way thru Saskatoon late one night, had truck towed to IDP on a google search.

Called BEFORE shop opened the next morning, call was answered by Jeff. I explained what was wrong and the fact that my trucks pump was not a stock piece. He said he may have that pump in stock but he knew that he had a different pump equal in output, however it was for another build he was doing. At no time in the conversation was there hesitation in his voice or any who what or why's. Just the "by time u taxi over here we will have a plan for u"

I got there, my truck was on route into the shop, which was full, by the way. Not like they were starving for work that day. The shop foreman actually changed my pump. Jeff took the pump that was scheduled to go on a big build for what I think to be a big customer. He pulled that piece for a random guy passing thru town who he doesn't know.

That to me is huge.

Shop rate is very fair in todays market, they were more than accommodating to me. Jeff took me for a shop tour and in between running around helping other people took time to make me feel welcome there.

Again HUGE to me.

A big thumbs up to impact never disappointed always a great job. My wife hates all them kind of shops and she hasn't got one bad thing to say about IDP and that's pretty amazing.

I had taken a 2005 Silverado 2500HD to a gm dealership to have a no start diagnosed. The no start was a all of a sudden problem with no warning signs! The gm dealership told me all my injectors were all bad. A common con job and they tried to charge me $1100.00 for a diagnosis. Feeling raped I called Impact diesel in Saskatoon and explained everything to their supposed top tech. He agreed that there was no way all my injectors would just go overnight and that gm was wrong. He told me if I brought the truck to them they could easily diagnose the issue for $150.00. So I drove 6 1/2 hrs to Saskatoon. The girl at the counter would not let me talk to the tech to explain my issues. I was there 15 minutes and she told me gm was right charged me and sent me on my way. All I can say is wow! You would be a fool to trust this company for anything! And I mean anything!! Disgusted!!
