  So shocked and sad to read that they have permanently closed! This was a fabulous, high quality place with really nice staff that was one of my all time favourites. Such a shame. I hope to hear that the owner(s)/chef(s) relocate and open another amazing restaurant.

  Authentic Japanese quality in the most unlikely location. A must try (Warning: the food and service are highly addictive!).
  And as of today, closed forever. I wish Junko and Fumio a great retirement. I'll sure miss Tokachi!

  Probably on of the best sushi restaurants in Surrey. Good food reasonable prices by a Japanese Canadian family. What a shame closing on July 29 a victim of Surreys homeless setting up camp behind the restaurant and shooting up all around the restaurant making some customers afraid to eat there.

  Favorite sushi place in Surrey. Food is great and so is the price. The only downside is the neighborhood it's located in, but don't let that deter you from trying this awesome resteraunt!

  My go to place. Been going here when I was a kid, now I take my kid here. Great prices for great quality. It's a sketch location but it wasn't always as "hard" of a location when it was first opened.

  Honestly, the best tasting sushi restaurant and I try many different ones. You have to try the "Deep Fried Roll". It''s only a bit deep fried and comes with delicious sauce, it's my favorite roll that i don't see anywhere else

  Quiet, authentic Japanese restaurant. Service was super nice even though she didn't speak much English. Highly recommend
