Quality Home Improvements replaced 17 windows and built in 2 extra ones in mid-January 2014. The quality was perfect! Time for the project exactly what they promised. First good rain since the windows were installed in my place. Master bedroom window leaked, soaked my pillows and woke me up at 3am.
The opener crank was not installed on the basement window, so it cannot be opened.
The large format address numerals were removed, and now delivery people cannot see my numbers from across the street. I am afraid the leaking window will cause mold to grow. Window was installed Jan 23rd, 2014, leak started Feb.11, 2014.

Upgraded our windows (15) and had a bathroom smart fan installed. Installation crew was fantastic, each made a point of introducing themselves and were very conscientious about their clean up. Had shopped around but the quality of the Vinyl Tech windows and fair price made us decide to award job to QHI. Bill the sales rep came out during the job to ensure everything was going well. I would recommend QHI and would hire them again with no hesitation. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed !.

We recently had all of our windows, attic insulation upgraded, as well as a fan put in our bathroom all done by Quality Home Improvements.
We are absolutely thrilled with their work! COMPLETE PROFESSIONALS & EXCEPTIONAL WORK! Right from the start, corresponding back and forth with the office, having them answer every little detail we could think of to the complete install! Quality Home Improvements is definitely a company I would recommend to anyone looking to have any upgrades done to their house.
The Vinyltek windows have completely changed the look and feel of our house. (We already adjusted our thermometer by 3 degrees). We posted before and after photos on social media and the response was amazing. Everyone couldn't believe how great they looked!
The fan is amazing (motion & moisture censored) and I know the insulation is doing its job!
The service was outstanding, the work looks amazing and best of all, they were quick and came in and left as if nothing had ever happened. (Except a whole new look) all in a day and half! There was NO disruption to our families daily routine. I highly recommend Quality Home Improvements

Over the past 13 years, we have used Quality Home Improvements three times. Each time, they took the time to talk to us over the phone and came to our place to see what work needed to be done. This service was free of charge. They also e-mailed the quotes. Their products are excellent. We have passed their name onto other people who have also been pleased.
