I mean like it is really bad. The problem is not with the food. The customer service is so bad. When my mom tried to use the coupon for here, they didn't put it in. They even got my mom's credit card declined just from trying to do a refund. They did not reward us from all these problems. But my mom still forgave them. But now it got really bad. They are really lazy. They got the wrong amount of food and made us pay more so we went there to refund. But they did not refund to us just because it was the closing time. I understand we went there quite late but this is a thing that shouldn't happen. I am really really upset with this place. Moreover, I don't know if he is the manager or not, but the person we talked to was so impolite. When we complained to him, he kept on saying sorry and never said about rewarding us of their mistake. I mean he was saying like they weren't the ones who had the responsibility. And the way of him staring at us made us feel much more angry. I warn you guys, if you want to get your money, go to this place.

The person said that if we come the next day they can refund it to you. My mom said that she was busy so she can't come the next day. Now here's the funny part, they asked for my mom's credit card number so that they can do a refund by themselves. Funny huh?

Big Korean supermarket. Lots of great dry goods and delicious fresh ready made take home meals near the back of the store. Felt like I stepped into little Korea. Friendly staff.

I shop here all of the time. Very clean and organized. They are known for their Manager's Specials. Hot and ready food section is small compared to H Mart. More variety of meats at Hannam compared to H Mart.

Horrible customer service from the customer service desk never shopping here again. Female employee literally looks me up and down and realizes I'm Chinese and her tone changes quickly from Koreans that were in front of me. How about you teach your employees some manners

Super expensive. Price gouge like crazy. Special discount Knorr canned chicken soup 2 for $4 is double regular price of any other supermarket. Everything is more expensive than other supermarkets. Not sure how they stay in business. Customers are oblivious. Probably too rich to care.

Great place to shop for Korean groceries and some side dishes as well. Prices can fluctuate and typical a bit expensive than your usual grocery store depending on what's on sale.

Across the street is H-Mart and Hannam has its on sales. In terms of Korean products, they are equal. There are more Japanese products and selection in H-Mart. The sales are different so if you have time check both stores before you buy.
