I arrived the morning of my apt to be told the girl was not there and to go get a coffee and come back in 15. A half hour later she arrived, didnt wash her hands and immediately sat down and cut off all my nails. I had only booked a mini mani with a french finish. She was about to do a gel mani. I was charged full amount and the french polish had mostly chipped off by the end of the night.

I made a same day appointment but when I had gotten there I was almost seated for nails when I asked for the deluxe spa pedicure which honestly wasn't much more than a regular plus paid for the extra hot stone massage which I never really got. Next day my polish is chipped once another costumer walked in I was rushed through my appointment

Been meaning to write my review. I was there back in May. Salon decor is nice . Looks clean. However NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. A few ladies spoke broken English. But the atmosphere was totally awful and my manicure was terrible. My cuticles were sore and my nail polish chipped the first day. I didn't call to complain as we left that evening on a flight to L.A. Don't think I will return.

Recently I had my first app't for a pedicure and manicure at Neon Nails. The facility is pleasant and modern; prices were competitive, and the young lady that attended me (more than 1 yr's experience) was friendly and accommodating. However, both the pedicure and manicure were not up to professional standards.fingernails poorly filed and work still required in the cuticle area. My feet were still rough, work still required in the cuticle area and the 'paint job' on the toe nails was amateurish. I was on my way out of town the next morning so did not have time to call for another app't.

I recently had an appointment for a pedicure and a manicure with someone else. Her'S started on time. Mine was a around 10min late. But they ended at the same time which made me wonder what was rushed for mine.
Overall the pedicure and manicure were well done. If that was all I was rating it would prob be higher than 1 star.
I give one star because at the time of payment I was completely ripped off. I was asked if I was paying cash or credit. I had both so I asked how much to decide. She said the total is different depending on how I pay. $65 cash or $68.25 if I pay with my credit card. I asked why! She said they charge an extra 5% for using credit card. I asked if this fee was listed on my receipt. She said no. They punch in the total for 5% higher.
I advised them that this was against Visa policy. If they offer Visa they have to treat it like cash. I realize Visa charged a fee but that is their choice to offer Visa. As a customer I should never pay for that. I told them I would be calling Visa and filing a complaint and getting a refund. They still wanted to charge it knowing that it goes against Visa policy and can jeopardize their ability to offer Visa. They did not care.
I paid with my card. I called Visa. I have been refunded the 5% and have filed a formal complaint .
This is unethical business practise and goes against everything that Visa is about. As a business owner you don't have to offer Visa if you don't like the fees. But offering it and charging me more for the same service is wrong.
I hope they get it revoked. I gave them a chance to make it right and they didn't care. It's wrong and for this reason I am giving them a 1 star.response / report this review -
