Just had my 6 year old daughter's ears pierced. Michelle and Brandi were amazing! They were so sweet to my daughter and made her feel very comfortable. The piercing was so professional and they pierced both ears at once to make it the best experience for my little girl possible. Great service! Thank you!

I had the worst pedicure ever. This treatment was given to me as a gift and I was really looking forward to it. The treatment was to be a signature pedicure with a lower leg massage. Let me tell you, I could have painted my toes better blindfolded & a hot bath could have soothed my lower legs better. Further more I was expecting a qualified technician to do the job and it wasn't, it was a student hired to take the slack from the over flow some deal offered by the salon. The person doing my treatment actually told me that all of the paint left on the skin of my feet would wash off in the bath/shower. Really??? Management did not take my complaint seriously, I had to call and cancel an appointment and they never bothered to make contact with me again. I do not recommend this salon, quality of product and customer service is sad!

I recently had permanent makeup brows done at Jentri, and I highly recommend it , no more drawing them on everyday, they look so natural, I wish I had done this years ago, going to get my eyeliner done next .

I visited the salon a couple weeks ago for a brazilian wax. The lady said shed been waxing for 12 years but it seemed more like 12 hours. She did like 25 tiny stirps, and left all the used ones in a pile between my legs, while there was a garbage right beside the table. She also dipped the dirty wax stick into the wax with some hair on it and used scissors and tweezers which didnt appear to be sanitized. There were a few spots in which she pulled the strip off and the wax didnt come because it had gotten cold and she had to try pulling several times. I was more unimpressed when I got home because I realized she actually had removed some skin, and I also had more ingrown hairs than I'd ever had in my life. There was still quite a bit of hair left behind as well. This was also the most I ever paid for that kind of service which ive had done many other times and never had anyone do that bad of a job.
