Ziggy provided excellent service - in the consult he helped us truly understand the issue at hand, explained what we could do to viably resolve it ourselves, and also proposed the best solution he could provide and the costs - and was willing to personally stand behind the success of that solution. You won't find many people like Ziggy out there - he was highly knowledgeable, went above and beyond to leave things in an optimal state and I felt he was genuinely looking out for our best interest.

I needed to replace a leaking toilet shut off valve. Honestly i wasn't expecting it to be this expensive, but overall I'm satisfied with final result. Plumber was professional, knowledgeable and courteous, he replace valve quickly and really neat, all in a one and half hour time frame since i call for service. In case of an emergency i might call them again, but if not an emergency i will look for a more affordable price and compare quotes.

Very pleased with the service we received from Bruce at Mr. Rooter. We had a mystery leak in our ceiling and Bruce was able to come the next morning to take a look. He was on time, very professional, and took the time to walk us through everything he was doing. He identified the problem and gave us the information we needed to ensure it did not happen again. The price was very reasonable and we are very satisfied with the service. We will definitely be using Mr. Rooter the next time we need a plumber, and will be asking specifically for Bruce!

We are very pleased with the installation of our new toilet. Shaun C. had been to our home before for an issue with our pipes and he was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. We liked him so much that we asked for him this time to replace our 16 year old toilet. We will have him back to do the other 2 as well. He left our home so clean and tidy afterwards. We are very pleased with your team and will recommend your services to others.

I had an issue with sewage backup, which was overflowing through the sewer drain in my furnace room. I called Mr. Rooter and they had someone sent over right away. The plumbing specialist Anthony M, arrived on time. He started working right away with the snake and was able to locate the clog in the pipes. He went over and above to clear this pipe. He mentioned the clog felt rock solid and it wasn't breaking through. After about 25 minutes of him putting great force into the snake, unfortunately it wasn't clearing. He explained the situation to me and went back at it again. After about 5-10 minutes, he was able to clear it. He was literally dripping sweat from working so hard and wanted to make sure I was a happy customer. I really appreciated everything that Anthony M did!! He went that extra mile to help out.
