  I’m very dissatisfied with the service I was give, The price was extremely high and over valued. I trusted the estimate was going to be fare when I agreed to pay $40 to tell me how much it would be to clear my clogged drain. Next time I will find a LOCAL contractor that’s in the GTA and not out of town coming in.

  We had the extreme pleasure of having Ross and Jill at our home today. They were thorough and walked through all our options before repair. Amazing! They are a great asset to your team!!!

  In the late spring I had my sewage line back up into our house thankfully our basement is not finished and caused almost no damage. We were able to get it to drain on our own but knew this was temporary and we needed to have a camera sent down to figure out why it backed up. They were able to come quickly but due to damage to our external sewage line could barely move the camera down the line, and there was so much water/sewage still resting in the line we weren't able to get a clear image but Dave allowed me to be part of the whole process so I could see for myself. Dave assured us the damage was severe suspecting a possible tree root from the large tree in our yard or the pipe had collapsed due to its age. After going through insurance, next step was to schedule the repair, Lynsey was AMAZING. Gave me frequent updates and handled all the paper work and permits from the town. She called me often to make sure I knew where they were at (which is difficult to find trades people who communicate well) and the second the permits were received the repair was booked to be completed immediately. Keith, the owner stopped by the morning of the replacement and the day after to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I absolutely was. Thank you Plumbs Up, you guys were phenomenal and will definitely be using again for any plumbing needs

  Rave reviews for quality and prompt service. Plumber Chad took the time to thoroughly explain 3 quote options prior to service; thus, enabling me to prioritize and budget. Considerate of safety measures during Covid but more importantly, appreciated honesty. Earned a repeat customer based on customer service (patience answering all of my questions) and quality work.

  I am new to the area, so i looked on Google for reviews. Saw this company and emailed them. From the email to the invoice highest level of professionalism i have every experienced with home trade service. Responsive email, booked in, text message communication. Very professional staff (chad and Lindsay) WOW!. Quoted a long list of work requested,. They advised on other work suggested based on what they saw at the house and then commenced work promptly.
  The work was performed in a professional manner, educating my wife as to what they are doing along the way.
  Electronic follow up and billing was so wonderful to have. Well done. You are now my new plumber for many years to come and i'll make sure to tell all the neighbours!
  I believe in you get what you paid for. I wanted a high level of customer experience, premium product and skilled staff. I got what i paid for. Very happy!. Thank you for taking your trade to a new level of professionalism.
