WAYNE arrived as scheduled. He called ahead and was most pleasant.
He moved heavy sofa in order to access carpet-covered drain and efficiently checked out the reversed water valve. He was happy and complimentary and he insisted on replacing all our furnishings to their original spots. If only all our service people were so! We have absolutely no hesitation in requesting Wayne for any future service we may need!

Very pleasant staffs. The director himself came to oversee everything. Everything was explained nicely and carefully. All our concerns as well as future concerns were addressed. All the staffs were very patience especially with my parents whose' English are not so great. Felt at home with them. Any of the staffs including the director himself can be reached directly if need be and there is no passing you around like other services with their call center. I would definitely recommend H20 Services to anyone else.

H2o Services installed my backwater valve. I was very impressed with the quality of the work. The director came out and explained in great detail. Very knowledgeable and professional gentleman. The team carried out the work exactly as discussed. Everything was cleaned up and left even better than they found it.
My neighbor across the street is now also getting it done,. since I also got a great deal on a sump pump. If you value your home, you want to protect it. This is a service that every homeowner needs because if you wait after the tragedy happens,. it's a stressful situation to contend with.
