Facility Plus is a business partner of a not-for-profit organization I belong to and they have been so wonderful to us, especially during the pandemic. Their service and staff are top notch and I honestly could not recommend a better company to go to to keep you and your employees healthy and safe! After getting quotes from many companies for an office renovation I wanted to do I decided to move forward with Facility Plus. It was more than the cost that mattered. I needed to make sure the company I chose understood what I wanted and I felt like I had exactly that when they came to presenting their quote. Melissa Jobson explained her quote step by step detailing exactly what I was going to get. She also explained the types of surprises I could potentially run into. The crew was amazing and a supervisor was always available to answer any questions I might have had. I will definitely contact Facility Plus again for any facility maintenance needs I may have.

As a facilities professional, I absolutely LOVE Facility Plus!!! Everyone I have ever spoke to there has been just awesome. They can help me with anything I need, whenever I need it. I just have one company to call and not only do they help me with whatever I need they make me look great in my position too. I am always amazed at how I can call Melissa anytime with what I believe are the most random requests and she doesn’t even bat an eye. She just asks when and where and takes it from there. Thank you Melissa & Facility Plus!

Facility Plus is a major vendor used within some Toronto office towers I manage downtown. The team is always reliable and friendly. Melissa especially has been great to work with! She never misses a beat and keeps up with constant changes (sometimes hourly) with client needs.
