Sometimes it's the simple customer service interactions that are the most impactful, I had one of those today with Dale and it made me a more loyal customer!
I ran into an issue removing a shower faucet that Kastl & Zuch installed for me a few years ago. I called them up and they walked through with me how to fix the issue. When phone conversation wasn't quite cutting it, Dale offered to take a look at a picture and walk me through it from there.
Simple and effective.

I did not end up having them to do the work. But they advise me to try a snake on the phone and I tried which solved the problem! These are honest plumbers who are here to help people and not like other plumbers with hundreds of reviews here for the money! Thank you! You will be my choice for future plumbing issues and I’ll recommend your company to friends and families

Excellent, speedy, and very reasonably priced. I had a burst pipe and the Kastl & Zuch plumber came to my house within an hour and repaired the pipe in under an hour. I highly recommend Kastl & Zuch.

absolutely blown away with how amazing these guys are. I called at probably the busiest time of the year, and they managed to make it out to my place the same day to replace a mixing valve. thank you so much Kastl and Zuch!!!
