Very happy with our week staywonderful staff. Decent rooms, beautiful scenery. A great bargin for Canmore area. We will be back!!

There was $100 deposit we had to give our credit card number for when we arrived for any damage to the room; we didn't know about when we booked online; thought that was odd. Outdated hotel, but it was clean, good price and had friendly staff.

It's a good budget hotel. Everything is simple but working and clean. No coffee machine in the room but you can get coffee downstairs. Also they have a killing shower. After a day of physical activities, its massive stream worked not worse than a massage therapist:) I would stay there again when back to Canmore.

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was better than we expected. Staff was very nice and always ready to help. Best thing about this hotel is affordable price and location is perfect as everything is in walking distance.

Room were nice and clean although my only problem was front desk lady was very rude towards us when we made reservation and early check in she assumed I was coming in a later time. ( I think her name was Sall or Sally ) and when I asked for towels she told us to go to housekeeping cart and they told us front desk so there was misconceptions there. Overall it was a nice stay but without that rude lady it could have been better!

Good value for money spent. Canmore can be expensive and this place has great rates compared to others if you are using it to put your head down for the night and spending most of your waking hours enjoying the great outdoors and other attractions that Canmore and area has to offer or you are just passing through. The room was clean and comfortable with basic amenities. Be sure to ask what you get for the rate so there are no surprises. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location is fairly central for a fair walk or a short drive to the centre of town where many of the restaurants and shops are.

It's a basic hotel. We got the 2 queen room which was fairly spacious. No complaints, it fulfilled our needs. Staff seemed nice enough but we didn't ask for assistance during our stay. There is no housekeeping during your stay (have to request I think) but it didn't matter for a 2-night stay.
The mountain views are great from either side but west/street side would give you snow-capped mountains.
Canmore is small so amenities are a short drive away. Didn't seem to be much a short walk away. It is a nice town for long walks though.
Late check-in is possible. We were running late and front desk closed at 11 pm so we called ahead. We were instructed to retrieve the keys by lock-box.

The hotel itself is pretty good, they definitely have the best rates and the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. The best part though are the staff. My car wouldn't start on the morning I was supposed to leave and the lady at the front desk was so helpful. She called a maintenance worker over to help give me a boost and was just generally really kind. If you're ever looking for a nice place to stay that's got great rates, clean rooms, and kind staff, this is a good choice.

Great for the price, however there is no cleaning services or breakfast available. Very bare bones, but well kept and in a fantastic location. Best suited for those looking to cut costs on housing while spending most of their time elsewhere.
