What a lovely hotel! We stayed here for the first night of our honeymoon and had a couples massage. The massage from Verde was amazing. The staff at the hotel were really accommodating. They allowed us a late check out and when we got to our room they had wrote us a congratulations card along with a bottle of champagne and local chocolates! We used the hot tub which was a great space and the underground parkade was nice too. The room was HUGE and the deep soaker tub and fireplace were awesome. Let alone the view of the 3 Sisters from our balcony. Wow. LOVED IT!

Location is great with underground parking. The room is a spacious condo-esque room. My wife and I and my in-laws all had lots of space. 2 bathrooms meant nobody was fighting for bathroom space.

We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was fantastic! It felt just like being at home. Service was great and the view and location was great as well. Will definitely be going back.

Had a great stay! Clean and quiet rooms. The lovely girl at the front desk remembered us from check in after our weeks stay. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I really loved this hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights It was a very cozy looking place and everyone was very nice. The pool and hot tub was very nice after a long day of hiking about the mountains. The service was very nice, kind, and helpful. One thing I wish they had was a breakfast. There wasn't a breakfast option in the morning we either had to go to another building and pay $12 or find breakfast somewhere else. But I don't think this whole breakfast problem was worth rating this 4 stars. Overall, loved this place a lot.

My Favorite place to stay in Canmore. Always clean and they have 2 hot tubs. Suites are perfect when you don't want to go out for food because they have full kitchens. They also have public school BBQs on the main level

Where to start on this one, I'll just focus on my big three complaints. 1, Air conditioner did not work in the room. Asked to get fixed while away and all they attempted was to lower the thermostat. 2, If you have a room with an adjoining door to the next room, be prepared to hear everything your neighbours are saying/doing/eating. 3. Heaven forbid if you have someone above you, you'll think that they are coming through the ceiling. On the positive side of things, they have underground parking and an outdoor hot tub.

The Hotel atmosphere gives one serenity or peace of mind. Choice amenities with a very good staff willing to offer that extra mile making the difference. Truly putting a smile on your face.

Great location to get out to the Mountains to. Staff is friendly. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was very comfortable and nice. Pool and hot tubs are great as well.

Great accommodations. Nice outdoor hot tubs and heated pool. Clean, modern and quiet. Nice kitchen. Heated underground parking. Love this place!
