Beautiful hotel. It’s a cute, little hotel just outside Banff which is lovely because it isn’t busy or loud. The views are incredible. The outdoor hot tub was a nice surprise, I didn’t know they had it when I booked it! The views from the hot tub were also wonderful. The bistro isn’t quite my style for food, but I did have the stuffed French toast for breakfast which was great! The desk staff were friendly, inviting and chatty. As far as price goes, it’s a good price for what you’re getting and where you staying, well worth it. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying here on my next trip up. The first two photos are the view from our room (they had a little balcony off the room as well) and the last one is the view from the hot tub. Just stunning!

Costly for what it is, I guess that mostly comes from it's location. The outdoor hot tub was worth checking out, beautiful view of the mountains and three walls to help cancel noise on the highway. The bistro had some nice specialty beverages especially if you're a fan of whiskey

Rooms are cozy and comfortable. The view you get is simply breathtaking! But the best is the Bistro. The scallops were the best I've ever tasted! The bacon cooked with it was really tasty too. A nice fire place sits in the middle Bistro too and gives a pleasant and cozy warmth.

My mom and i came here for breakfast and it was absolutely phenomenal. Wonderful view and even better food. The steak and eggs and the Juniper benedict we're wonderful! Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area.

This was a great hotel to stay that in a great location. Close enough to the town of Banff without being in the middle of everything! The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff were great! They even have bikes at the front desk for guests to use. I would definitely come back and stay there again!

Great hotel at a great price! Located just outside Banff, it gives a gorgeous view of the mountains with only a minutes drive to town. The rooms are clean, staff are friendly, and the diner is delicious. My only complaint is that, due to location, the mountain view is a little tainted by the sounds of traffic wooshing by (overlooking the highway). In addition, the hot tub was closed for maintenance, which was a little disappointing. However, the overall experience was exceptional and I highly recommend this place to anyone needing to stay in Banff!

Beautiful room, we had breakfast and dinner in the bistro and both meals were outstanding. We can't wait to go again

The can't-be-beat view from the mountain side of the second floor (NO Elevator) (especially the large suite) completely made up for the whoosh of traffic when the windows are open. The restaurant is delicious with sophisticated options and caters to gluten and dairy concerns. All amenities (other than the communal hot tub and fire pit) require a trip to town, which is only 5 minutes, but in the high season parking can be a challenge. Our room stayed warm in cold weather (A/C available to balance that out). The decor is warm and pleasant, if a bit dated (they do embrace being a lodge with a bit of history).

Really enjoyed our stay at the Juniper. This was our second time staying and it was pleasant both times. Breakfast was excellent, clean rooms, friendly staff and great views.

Service and hotel was sublime, hotel were very friendly and the location was secluded but had an amazing view of the mountains. The bistro is also very good with high quality food at a low price.

The rooms are a little small but beautiful the view on the mountain facing rooms could not be beat. Waking up to watch the sun rise over the mountains was amazing. It's a very cozy and romantic hotel. The restaurants food is amazing but I would avoid the rabbit eggs Benny. The shashuka though was amazing.
