I was a prospective client, and was sitting in the waiting area at the front. The staff did not notice I had walked in, and I overhead a conversation they were having. The owner, Dianne, was bad-mouthing one of her employees, speaking quite rudely about her to another employee. She then went on to speak about one of her clients in a similar manner. When Dianne did walk to the front and noticed I was there, she looked quite embarrassed because she knew I had heard her rude conversation. Needless to say I have decided to take my business elsewhere, and would never give my business to someone who speaks about her employees and clients in the disrespectful way that she did.
