Water heaters are one of those things that you don't really need to know much about until you need to know everything about it. And then forget it all just in time for the next time you need your water heating system replaced.
The time came around again to fix our water heating system. Did the research. Phoned many people. Received many bits of information. I went with Milani as their initial contact people were polite, patient and knowledgeable and everything the two different client services people said suggested it would be a smooth experience. Also, they could fit me in the next day. Somewhere between 2 to 6 pm.
Mike C called at 1:20 letting us know he would be there in 30-45 minutes.
At 2 pm he showed up. Polite, patient and knowledgeable (just like the phone team!), he completed the install just under the predicted average installation time frame. And this install wasn't routine - there were gas pipes to be moved and new plumbing routed and a bit of bending of space and time to get the new larger system installed. His work was tidy, efficient and he always had an easy to understand answer as to why he was doing something. It was a relief to have everything run so smoothly and within budget. Thanks Milani!

Full marks to Milani Plumbing for same day service and immediate attention and resolution the following day to two issues that developed with the initial incorrect repair! I don't know if the first technician was less experienced than the second but I would definitely request "Adam" again. Technicians and office staff both were very pleasant and "Christine" was most helpful and understanding when I called with the complaint. The company made everything right and our shower works perfectly now!

After telling him my problem, he explained to me what he was to do to rectify it. He was a very knowledgeable and diligent worker. It was an emergency and my husband was out of town. The usual. Milani Plumbing turned up quickly, dealt with the repair quickly and efficiently, and charged a fair rate for the work. I was thrilled to have the situation handled well and felt reassured that we had protected our home from any serious water damage. I would most certainly recommend Milani in such circumstances. It was a pleasure to have Devon in my house today, what a lovely person. He arrived well within the time frame and started work quickly and efficiently rescuing me from my blocked kitchen sink! Gave me tips on how to prevent it happening again! Would definitely use them again.

This morning a water pipe burst in the ceiling of my kitchen. As always, I phoned our trusted go-to people for all things plumbing and drainage, and they were there quickly. They took care of the problem, were extremely respectful of the house and furniture, and contacted all the right people to get the ceiling dried, drywalled, and re-finished. It's one stop shopping with Milani, who take care of everything from start to finish, with no half measures. Simply the best, excellent service, fair prices, and a commitment to old fashioned craftsmanship of the highest order. Really terrific, full marks, highly recommended.

My furnace quit in January and I called a few places to get service asap
While I was waiting for a call back from these '24 hrs service' places, I called Milani and they were onsite in the afternoon. Their technician (Morris) and his helper (sorry that I don't remember your name) were able to remove the old furnace and install the new energy efficient very quickly. They even found and fix a slow gas leak to the hot water. Once done, they cleaned it all up before leaving.

Both were extremely polite and friendlyWhat a great team!!!

Thanks to Morris and his helper we had some heat again in the middle of the winter!!!

Got my kitchen drain and toilet drain clear. Works well now. But my kitchen sink and floor are dirty. I keep on clean it now. All jobs were done in about 1hour 15mins been charged 2hours fee. That's a bit not reasonable rate. Thx any way!

The young guy who they sent to give a quote saw the water seeping up from the ground and suggested to install a new supply line form the city. Work included trenching new line from city shut off and cutting into into side of house in install new pipes and opening ceiling to run pipes to where the current suppy lines come in from underground. Over 10 grand without the cost of patching holes and drywall they will destroy to put in new pipes lol. Got another quote from someone else to told me to dig there the water is seeping up and they will come to fix pipe when I found leak. Cost 300 instead of 10000. Make sure you get someone experienced.

We were having an issue with our furnace. Farid was the technician that arrived to inspect it.

We found him to be extremely thorough with his inspection. When he was done he took great care to explain to us what the situation was and what our options were.

Unfortunately we need a new furnace but we do understand why and what our options are to replace it.

Farid really lives up to the to the great reputation Milani has earned over the years.
