It was on clearance so my family and I went to take a look. We had a horrible experience! They said the price is negotiable because they are closing, but they kept jumping back and forth with the promised price. So unreasonable! The staffs were nice, but the female manager there was very very very rude! Maybe that's why they are closing.

Be very careful.

I bought an Ice Maker in October 2015. It was a good price - a floor model - the only one they had. They said it was brand new - never used - worked great and under warranty. I hired a plumber to install it end of Feb 2016 as the city of Vancouver delayed our building permit approval. it didn't work so i called Harvey's. Harvey's told me to deal directly with the manufacturer located somewhere in the East. I called the manufacturer with the serial # and they said that was NOT a unit they made. I then took a picture of the unit with the serial # on it and sent it to them and they said it was made 15 years ago i.e. 2001 and that i'd have to go deal with Harvey's. I went to Harvey's and they said since i bought it it was now my problem and then said how do they even know it doesn't work. I said well plug it in. They said we don't have a water outlet so we can't. I said just plug it into an electrical outlet and see if it gets cold - they then changed the topic.

I said i should have been told it was 15 years old when i bought it - no comment.

I said they should warranty or at least service what they sell - they said no one does that - yet all of the appliance in my kitchen are handled very nicely by Midland Appliance.

I walked away totally frustrated and left the ice maker with them. Still haven't had a returned call.

Buy from a reputable dealer or u could be in for a nasty surprise.

Harvey's Furniture and Appliances has a huge Going Out of Business sale going on. EVERYTHING must go. There was amazing deals on both furniture and appliances!!! Get in there and check them out before its all gone!
