Very organized store even a little small but has everything like other metros
Good service and very clean place
The only problem is the parking hard to find it if not you have to pay the parking

This place is middle of the everything. Middle quality produce. Mid price. Stock is adequate. Deli so-so. But it's close and convenient. Is there anything they Excel at? No, not really.

It's Metro! A nice grocery store in the heart of Toronto. The prices are decent considering the location and depending on the type of sales are going on which should be standard pricing. Not the largest Metro but decent for your everyday needs

Terrible store? Staff seems to be clueless?
Management certainly isConstantly runs out of itemshow this place survives is a secret?
Not too bad after 9 pm but before that? Good luck2 stars is actually one too many, for the attitude of some cashiers and management which is atrociousthis must be a rogue store as other metro stores in the area are nothing like this one? Maybe it's a franchise?

The hot food area is useless. You stand there for 5 minutes being if ores by employees who are talking right in front of you. I wouldn't write a bad review if it was the first time this happened. Unfortunately literally every so how time I've attempted to buy a cooked chicken dinner I've had to wait and they've been rude. Avoid the hot food area at all costs. I am now.

The rest of the employees seem very nice.

Convenient since it is 24h but the selection of food is very basic. Not ideal place to shop if you are looking to cook an intricate meal, however they have all the basics that most will go to a supermarket for. Their meats are very sub average and would highly recommend visiting and supporting your local butcher instead of buying supermarket meat.

I got groceries at this metro just now. A cashier (no name tag or uniform but wearing a scarf on his head) did mistake when he charged my 30% off yogurt parfait. He didn't even see the price tag when he did cash. I reminded him cause he charged me original price. My credit card went through that moment. However, he just said sorry but he was NOT willing to fix the mistake. "Sorry" but I have to take a yogurt which is going to expire tomorow??!! If it was not on discount, I wouldn't even take it!!!! His attitude is absolutely not acceptable. I don't understand how come this untrained person can work as a cashier there????!!!!!

This store has some good produce but the staff is a total hit and miss. I have been over charged many times, double billed and had the most unfriendly interactions with staff here. Some days are okay and some are horrible. The food is fresh and the selection is wide.

It's a typical grocery store and it's fine. The clerks are all friendly enough. I haven't had any negative interactions but mostly just mildly pleasant interactions with the staff. A little more pricey than say No Frills.

Love this location. More than willing to walk the 20 minutes go go here instead of Sobeys. My only issue is how hard it can be to find staff to assist, especially in the produce section.

the checkout staff at this metro are the friendliest I have ever experienced. I feel luck to have them in the neighborhood. But the produce quality is not fresh. And rather limited. Similarly the range of packaged groceries could really use a refresh.
