If you're looking for a totally superior vehicle Jeep buying experience, bypass all the rest and go directly to Maple Ridge Chrysler! My daughter was in the market for a new Jeep and, as I have my Jeep serviced there all the time and am always so impressed with the work and the treatment I receive from Gary and Cody and the gang, I told her not to go anywhere else! She found her dream Jeep, thanks to salesperson, Mike Retallick, and she's just tickled pink not only with her new baby but also with the stellar customer service provided by Mike and the rest of the crew! I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee in July of 2017 and Eric Nowak was my sales guy. He was great from beginning to end and everything in between. He worked hard to get me a price that worked for me and always was checking in and seeing how I was liking my new vehicle. If you want to work with a straight shooter, no BS kind of guy Eric is your man!!! He made the car buying experience a good one and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle.

Had an excellent experience financing my first car. My salesman Eric was very caring, personable, and made sure I had all information and felt totally comfortable. I was nervous at first, but he was patient and calm and helped me figure it all out. Great staff, had a wonderful time with everyone I spoke too. I would do it all again! I Have never written a Google review, but I felt compelled to do so after the service I received at this dealership. As good as it get folks.A great truck for a good price. No hidden fees or surprises.

Awesome!

Why are they awesome, you ask? People. Their hiring and training is at the excellence level. I bought my Spider from them and I only service my car there. I also just spent $`1600 on new winter tires. The people are genuine, not fake. People like Cody in service, Brandy in the quick service oil change department are both just great people who actually care about my well-being. I really appreciate that quality in people.

I walked in last week with a huge dilemma. My transmission blew on a hill and I was in a bind. I needed a new truck. My salesman was Ryan Wallace. Ryan is very knowledgeable and keep my needs in focus. It can get overwhelming when your trying to pick out a new vehicle. At the beginning of the meeting, we went over the wish list. 4 x 4, tow pack, and 2017. Ryan delivered! Got everything on my list and more. So I want to give a big Thanks to Ryan and Keith (who also helped out.) If I wasn't for these guys help, the deal would not have gotten done! Once again a major disappointment: they did not have the car we wanted on the lot. Spoke with Sam, the super friendly salesman who took the particulars and found our car for us and had it brought in to the dealership! Can't say enough about the super no pressure service and the extra mile they went for us. We are more than pleased with our new vehicle and the service received from this dealership.

Thank you to Tommy and Kevin for great no pressure sales service, They found the right vehicle and gave me very fair trade in value. They got the deal done quick and efficient and passed me on to the finance department and I received the same great service. It was nice to return to the dealership a week later and be recognized by Kevin upon walking in and to be made to feel that they are truly interested in making sure that I am completely happy with my new vehicle and all services provided. Thank you Chad for your excellent customer service and for taking the time to help me find the perfect vehicle. I love my new car. I had an awesome experience and a great price. I went to several dealerships and they played a lot of sales games, in fact it was insulting the way other places treat their customers. I had a dealership try to sell me a car I had seen online and for several thousand that what was advertized. The sales person tried to tell me it was a different vehicle although it had the same stock number 😡. I will not "Go auto" there again. I really appreciate the honesty and respectful staff at Maple Ridge Chrysler. I'm very happy I went to get a vehicle from there and I have been telling everyone to go see Chad at Maple Ridge Chrysler!😊😊😊😊

These guys (Chad and Bob) are AMAZING. I just bought a new to me Jeep Cherokee from theme and it was super easy and straightforward. They were friendly and enthusiastic and went out of their way to find the exact model that fit my needs and budget. They worked to get me the maximum trade in value for my old truck and they even knocked about 1000$ off the sticker price.

I HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Dodge product. They are well worth the drive.

the worst sales experience I have had regarding cars. The salesman "Ted" made some promises regarding "deals" over the phone, then told me he "wasn't able to do that for me" once I was in the dealership. eg. promised 5000 cash back and 3 months without payments. Then the staff made "a mistake" during the sales process on the previous loan for my trade-in and said my payments would now be $90 a month more Just terrible, really disappointing. I told the staff I needed to be done paperwork as soon as possible because I had a sick family member in hospital and they too 3 hours to complete the "deal". I emailed the manager about my experience and never heard a thing. Awful sales department.

I got a new car for a great price and the friendly people who bent over backwards to make me a happy customer And even though I was buying a New Car I got a free gift(a drone with built-in camera) as well I have nothing but good things to say about this Dealership and the wonderful customer service I will be recommending them to anyone who is interested in buying a new car or even a preowned one But I am happy and so is my Wife And everyone knows Happy Wife, Happy Life.

Carson, Amanda and Greg met all of my expectations and more. I initially had second thoughts of all the negative reviews but I wasn't expecting the free gift, hotdogs and service that were above and beyond other dealerships I've been to. They offered to professionally repaint scratches on a used car I bought, and rented a car for me for a week while it was in the body shop, which was amazing. I also like they text back and ask if everything was okay with the car. Although it wasn't their fault, the body shop lost a piece of my trunk badge. Greg from service was amazing, the service he offered on my car exceeded my expectations, he will know you by name and not just another person in line. Amanda was great and immediately responded to my requests directly with the right person. No pressure sales from Carson, gave me all the time I need alone to test drive with the car. Although I wasn't buying a new car, there wasn't a time where I felt I was cheated nor provided any less service, unlike the guys at Coq and Richmond Subaru. 5 stars.
