Went there on a Friday afternoon-evening with my sister for her birthday, and it was spectacular! Especially good price if you have an Entertainment book coupon, but even if I didn't have one, I'd pay full price anyway. There are vegan and vegetarian options too, as well gluten and/or dairy free for those who need them!

An absolute must if on the west side. Broadway and carnarvon. Wonderful selection of tea. Yummy lunch menu and delicious high tea menu. A whole section of Gluten free options. Lovely decor. Servers super friendly. Reservations recommended. 5 stars for sure!

Went with a friend for afternoon tea and they were friendly and accommodating. Delicious tea sweet and savory accompaniments. Chose the option to have unlimited tea so as to try as many varieties as possible (highly recommend 1/2 pots until you find your favorite tea). Discovered a new variety called purple tea which was bright and colorful. Arrive early if you drive as parking is difficult.

Went there this past Summer. Great decor, amazing food and amazing teas. Unfortunately our group was not able to partake in their boundless selection of teas as they allotted us two hours and with their slow service only had time to sample a few drinks. Whole afternoon felt super rushed by them to clear out to allow other clients. Very rude service!!!! Not the way to treat paying customers who made reservations well in advance.

This place is just adorable! I fancy the decorations and the overall theme of the place. The tea was delightful and the service was great! The only reason why I took one star off is that the food was good but not the best I've had. But aside from that, this place is adorable and great to take your little girls to. I will be coming back and trying out the food again incase it was just that day.

Really love this place. You need to book in to guarantee a spot, but you won't be disappointed you did. Regrettably I can't have 'high tea' as I'm vegan. But I managed to get a delicious vegan sandwich and soup. And the variety of tea is devine. I would love the option of having multiple cups of different teas. But if I'm with people we just share our different pots around.

The choices of teas are nearly endless. The teas are exquisite. The old English tea tradition is kept intact and is a delight. The staff is attentive but not intrusive. The seating is comfortable. The music (when we were there) ranged from motown to R&B - very low key and enjoyable. I would rate five stars, but I have only been here once. We'll be coming back and we already imagine making a habit of enjoying a cup of tea in a fine English china cup a frequent part of our lives.

Best high tea in Vancouver, unlimited tea! Some places give you only one pot so this place is amazing. The food is very tasty and prepared with care. Great service and a nice location.

The interor of the tea salon was beautiful, with a Peter Pan theme to set the atmosphere. From sandwiches to cakes to scones, all were very delicious. The staff were very outgoing and friendly, giving the customers a comfortable feeling. As I was leaving, I received a free package of 'Take me to Neverland' tea to take home.

So Nice!
One of my favorite places for high tea. The food is very good. Love the sandwiches. The scones here are so delicious as is thier Devonshire cream. I have been here 3 times and always enjoy myself. Service can be spotty but the place is gorgeous and the food well prepared, and tasty. If you are looking for a charming place with good food you won't be disappointed. Make reservations as it can get busy in the late afternoon.response / report this review -

Did the afternoon tea and it was fantastic! From the service, ambiance, decor and food, it was all great! Quality of the good was fresh and very tasty! Would recommend this place if you're into high tea! I can only assume the regular menu items are just as delicious!

From the moment you cross the threshold this place sprinkles you in magic -- from the decor (twinkling fairy lights, chandeliers, Peter Pan quotations, and a little silhouette of Wendy and Peter), to the enticing aroma of brewing teas, to the charming tea sets and the little orbs at the brewing station.
My partner and I went for their Valentine's high tea, and despite it being a busy part of the year, no part of our experience at Neverland felt rushed or harried. Service was on point throughout the time we were there, even though we ended up losing track of time and spending way longer than was probably polite.
The huge variety of tea was staggering, though we managed to hit every category between us. They have a tea for every taste, whether you prefer traditional or more innovative teas. Not a single tea disappointed -- all of them smelled, looked, and tasted gorgeous and were truly masterful blends. Plus, watching them being steeped in the little glass cauldrons at the front was mesmerising in and of itself.
Though their main selling point is, of course, the tea, they don't slack on the food either. Every little pastry and little finger sandwich was exquisite, delicate, and absolutely delicious. Being able to savour every flavourful morsel between sips of tea was just amazing.
All in all, Neverland was an amazing experience. When you go (and you should go), definitely take your time, enjoy it, drink it all in and let yourself be carried into the magic of Neverland in the delicate clinking teacups.response / report this review -

The ambience is relaxed and whimsical. Love the decor, was awe inspiring when I first entered. Would recommend the high tea experience, which includes bottomless tea with over 60 varieties. The shop is quaint and a little small, but very popular. I would recommend making reservations online. There is a 1.5 hour service maximum. Dairy/gluten free options (but you are forced to have both can't pick just dairy free) Very popular with the female crowd. Most wait staff are males. Service was adequate but not the high quality specialized service that typical comes with a +$30 High tea experience. Nevertheless the charm has one me over and will come again.
