Great buying experience here overall. I primarily dealt with Sunil - he had a very patient, reasonable approach and was never pushy, which I appreciated. I also dealt with Harvinder and Jeffrey, both of whom were pleasant and professional.

They wound up giving me a very fair price on my trade-in (I had to leave and come back to get It, but that's how negotiations go) and i ended up buying a new Tacoma. I plan on coming back here for my car maintenance. Would definitely recommend this spot if you're in the market for a car.

We bought a vehicle from Westminister Toyota about a month ago. We contacted Kartik Sharma by phone. He answered all our questions so thoroughly we decided to go into the dealership. We were very pleased by Kartik's knowledge about our truck and his impeccable customer service. I bought a traded-in Nissan at this dealership. Soon after I got home, the dealership let me know about a very minor issue they had been aware of and neglected to correct before the sale. They were very accommodating and helpful with getting the issue completely resolved at no cost to me. After this was corrected, I found out that what had appeared to be cosmetic damage to the stereo actually impacted its function. It took some back and forth with the salesperson and sales manager, but a replacement was arranged and they sent me a cheque to cover that cost. I'm a very happy customer and have no regrets buying from this dealership.

Saw a car in net. Was told they have it. Drove all the way there over the bridge only to be shown a different car all together. Very nice people and personable but dont hold to their promise. Oh well, live and learn. Next time l will print it off and bring it with me. Very disappointed.

i would give 0 but 1 is a minimum.. I'm very doubtful of the person that helped me within service as they were condescending and rude. Person was disorganized all over the place which doesn't really make sense to me. He seemed more confused then everyone else around. A customer should be priority. maybe not i guess. Mechanics seem honest in there work just for the bad counter service i suggest going too a different dealer

In 2013 we bought a top of the line 2013 Toyota model from them. The sales experience was nothing special, they brought in the car we wanted, that made my wife feel great about the deal. Then we had a poor experience when dealing with their shop staff; at the "training" session there were tools and items left on the floor, unmarked hazards, I almost hit my head on a hoisted car that was for demo. One of the mechanics was making dirty jokes to my wife, I felt offended.
I complained to the manager that the customers should not enter the shop while there was unsafe for untrained people, then he raised his voice and gave me a "manager" attitude.
Later we received calls from their sales who were trying to sell us a newer car, even I told them not to call me again because I don't want to upgrade my car nor I want to deal with their business.

We bought 2016 Sienna from Westminster Toyota almost a year ago. I didn't get chance to leave them a review then. I have visited the dealership many times since then and they have been excellent from day one till now. Our purchase experience was superb, John was the salesman and Harvindar was the sales manager and they both were extra ordinary. I am very impressed by them in past year and look forward in doing more business with them.
I would highly recommend Westminster Toyota to anyone looking for great vehicle, amazing service and super friendly people.

Yesterday I purchased a used vehicle from a rep named Melvin, being that I had visited 4 other dealers trying to find the right car I was happy when he had the vehicle I wanted and the attitude I like. He gave me all the info on the car I could ask for and understood my needs.

I picked up a used corolla without a warranty available because they were the only dealers I felt I could trust. I will update this within 6 months!

We purchased our Rav4, February 2015, and although we live on the Sunshine Coast, we have always had our vehicle serviced at Westminster Toyota. We have found that the service department goes well beyond what one could/should normally expect. They are efficient, courteous, polite and very professional. Your vehicle is always returned, upon completion of the service, washed. That in itself is a treat!
Once you book an appointment, they take the time to send you a friendly email confirming your appointment. Furthermore, they also take the time, closer to your appointment, to personally contact you.

We have found Service Advisor Jeff Herbert, to be outstanding. He takes the time with you to review your work order, upon check in, to insure that you are aware of what is needed. He may also provide you with options of what needs to be done and what can wait until your next service. He then also takes the time to review, in detail, your invoice upon completion of the service.
Jeff goes out of his way, above and beyond, to help, whether it is to advise on service options, source out accessories, direct you to a recommended outside Toyota contractor (windshield, paint), or replace your damaged licence plate holder.
