Amazing staff and equally amazing service. Looove the new design on the buildings in the Nanaimo stores. Our interaction has always been top notch with the staff in all four Nanaimo locations! It has been a pleasure working with your team!

I was very satisfied with my purchase experience. The vehicle did not have a trailer hitch which was a requirement. I agreed to take delivery without the hitch, and waited. Leo, my sales person, phoned periodically to tell me they were working to find a suitable hitch. The hitch was installed and shortly after the trailer wiring was installed. We are pleased with the car and equally pleased with the honest post sale service.

Just purchased a pre-owned vehicle today. I live on the mainland and found a vehicle they had online. Being my eyes and hands, Peter did an awesome job getting me all the pictures, information, and inspection reports I needed. I headed over on the ferry and Matthew the sales manager made a very fair deal on my trade in and purchase price. I drove away very happy with the overall experience. Even Lisa the financial manager did an awesome job getting us out in time to make our ferry. Mercedes Benz Nanaimo is definitely "Driven to Delight"! Check them out!

FIVE STAR customer service! A few weeks ago, on a Friday, we were travelling to Courtenay and hit a large pot hole, flattening both tires on the passenger side. We limped a half block to a tire retailer, only to find out they couldn't be fixed and replacement tires wouldn't arrive until Tuesday. Yikes! We sat in the parking lot, making calls to other tire retailers in the area and weighing our options for getting back to the mainland in time for work on Monday.
Although I am not sure what I expected them to do, I thought to call the nearest Mercedes dealer, in Nanaimo. I explained our predicament to "Dave" in their parts dept. who asked me to call him back in 10 minutes. When I called "Dave" back he had already located two replacement tires for us in Victoria and called the tire retailer directly to tell them where to get them from and which courier to use to ensure same day delivery. When we walked back into the retailer, they were already calling to order the tires. The driving time from Victoria to Courtenay is almost 3 hours but the tires arrived in Courtenay 5 hours later, at a courier cost of only $40. Two quick tire changes and we were on our way.
We were gobsmacked by Dave's initiative and over-the-top customer service. Mercedes Nanaimo got nothing for their trouble, and we live too far away to give them our future service business. The best we can do is pass on our great experience. Thanks Dave!!response / report this review -

Unprofessional customer service. I used to live in north vancouver, i was comfortable with their services. Came to nanaimo, and I'm shocked by how different their services are. Terrible service here

-Didn't give us replacement car even though our car was in for more than two weeks.
-Gave me the car back dirty

Purchased a certified pre-owned from Mercedes Nanaimo. Peter and the other employees were extremely friendly and helpful in the process of buying the vehicle.
