Worst Mc Donalds in Nanaimo. Breakfast was soggy, cold. Lunch was no different. That's too bad.

Absolutely terrible service!! Staff is not trained to take a proper order! Messed up my order three days in a row, twice in one day!! Understand things can get crazy in a kitchen but they couldn't even get a coffee order correct! Don't recommend going here in the morning if you would like a good start to your day.

small, warm, cozy, has Gas Fireplace and slide door, some things different than other Macdonald. I like it !!

For the last four visits there was a problem with our order; usually cold fries. They're happy to fix it but the rest of your meal gets cold while they make it right. For this reason I would not suggest the drive-through.
Your fries are the best in the world when hot and the worst when cold. That must make your job kind of like selling a lightning bolt but, damn it, I want fresh fries.response / report this review -

Very inconsistent in terms of their food. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, sometimes they have ice cream and other times they don't. Same with cheese and the service. They most definitely do not put the 'fast' in fast food

Not impressed today. Ordered a poutine for our daughter and it came with no curds (interestingly the Dufferin McD's gave her no gravy 2 weeks ago) and I got a surprise in my Big Mac (stickers).

Play area and toys in happy meal are the reasons why we go there. Kids love it. And I like that now they can bring the order to your table.

Decent location with good parking, nicely redone. No free papers with breakfast though, so don't plan to linger with a free read.

It's generally nice inside. The location has been renovated, but with dated colours and vinyl seating, somewhat bizarre. The atmosphere though when not busy it nice.

Came into establishment with my pals two kids.The playground area is amazing and the staff was so helpful. We all had a good time.
